A pleasant stay of two weeks in a clean, quiet, functional apartment, a stone's throw from the historic center, with a private garage. Ilaria and her husband were always kind and helpful. One of the best B&Bs in Sardinia. Highly recommended!

Super clean and top equipped appartment, with parking in front of the entrance. We spend 5 days with two kids of age 6 & 7 years. They had their own room to sleep and play, all beds are clean and cozy. Nice small balcony, perfect for Espresso or Ichnusa breaks. Well eqipped kitchen and living room, with a small starter kit for the guests 8o) Super italian bakery in the direct neighbourhood. The city of Oristano with shops, bars, restaurants and also supermarkets are reachable within a max 10 minutes walk. Very friendly and fast contact to Matteo and his mom. Thanks to let us stay there...For us a top host!!

The apartment with house character is beautiful and I confirm the positive reviews from other guests !! Great beaches in the area / nice restaurant Mediterraneo at the end of Posada beach/ great location good value for money. The hosts were always available and also arranged us perfectly in repairing our car (very good little workshop 200 meters away) Thanks again for your complete commitment!

Nicola was very kind and always available, providing us with precise directions to check-in and the building. Great parking space in the internal garage since there are mainly paid parking in the area and still difficult to find. The house was as pictured and described, on the seventh floor you can see the port with the sea from the window . Clean and equipped apartment with everything both in the kitchen and in the bathroom with a large bedroom and comfortable closets. A very welcome note: the waffles, tea and breakfast left in the mail for us, even more appreciated because we arrived late at night. Centrally located in Oristano, pedestrian area 100 meters from the gate ! Recommended
