Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

List of house rules, cleaning and use of Jacuzzi can be found in the cabin. REMEMBER!! Good body hygiene before bath IN Jacuzzi.
