Monthly Rentals in Sixth Street Historic District, Austin

The downtown apartment was perfect for my stay in Austin. It was spacious, bright, nicely decorated and had everything you need for a longterm stay. The sunrise from the balcony was just beautiful. Daniel was very responsive and helpful, I appreciate that he made sure I had everything. Location is great, quiet and everything downtown is walkable.

We enjoyed our stay SO much! Austin of course has a lot to offer, so being as close to 6th street as we were was MAJOR! Lux’s place was pristine and comfortable.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the basics we needed. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. It felt safe and was a great base for exploring different neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a little over a month and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is quiet, super clean, and centrally located in the heart of downtown, with a doorman and an amazing gym. It’s within walking distance of everything, including 6th Street, the East Side, and South Congress. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a relaxing and cozy spot with strong WiFi, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water in the shower. We highly recommend this place! The host was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and providing many amenities to make our stay enjoyable.
