We’ve stayed at Fernando’s condo multiple times—always for month long stays or longer. It is truly a phenomenal home away from home. Cannot recommend enough It’s easy to work from It’s easy to explore Austin from (you’re a short ride away from everything) And it’s always well equipped with everything you need to feel at home here (including a fully fully stocked kitchen) Fernando is so friendly and amazing—we cannot recommend this place enough

We stayed for a little over a month and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is quiet, super clean, and centrally located in the heart of downtown, with a doorman and an amazing gym. It’s within walking distance of everything, including 6th Street, the East Side, and South Congress. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a relaxing and cozy spot with strong WiFi, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water in the shower. We highly recommend this place! The host was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and providing many amenities to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay and truly got a feel for what it’d be like to call Austin home. The location was great, and the hosts were super accommodating, especially with check-in/out times and handling a water issue early on. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like home during my stay. Terry Black’s and Este were my go-to spots, and the Comedy Mothership was a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Austin!

I’ve stayed at this place for five days and it was a very good pick, as it’s walkable distance from downtown and the sixth street. All the instructions how to check in and check out were very clear. Some people write about the cleanliness of the place, I am a very neat person and can say that the bathroom would benefit from a little upgrade, but other than that, the apartment was good.
