Thank you very much for the great stay. Daniele is an outstanding host. He took care of everything and always asked if everything is ok. He gave us many tips and was super friendly and sweet. Very warm and accommodating. His olive oil is awesome 🤩 The apartment was just as described and we lacked nothing. We immediately felt at home. The area is super nice too. The view of the mountains from the apartment is simply phenomenal! The pizzeria and focacceria, as well as the ice cream parlor is super 👍 clear recommendation. The small city center of Spoltore is super nice and 😻 typical Italian. The sea is quickly accessible and you can do a lot in Pescara and eat super well. Only the barking dogs in the area are a bit annoying 😬 It was super nice and how to come back 🙏Grazie mile ☀️

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Very relaxing stay, extremely kind and helpful hosts and staff. Beautiful olive garden, ideal for children and animals. Always clean and clear pool. The apartments are well-kept and well-equipped. Highly recommended for couples with children and pets.

very nice and helpful hosting. very quiet place. very large, clean, tidy apartment. like being at home. air conditioning in the room and fans in the living area. it was very nice, very cool despite the August heat. I would definitely go back. to be recommended.

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.
