Spend fantastic holidays on the sea, in a spacious and equipped one-bedroom apartment with a balcony from where you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment on which you can access from each room. The sea, very close, you can fully experience it and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, lounger and lounge chairs. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have the reserved parking space inside the condominium.

Country house where you can relax and enjoy the wonders of nature. Farm animals such as piglets, chickens, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks are present. You will also find a large garden with lots of delicacies. We are located on the Silvarola hill just 2 km from the sea which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Very large house for a large family. It has: - kitchen - living room - bathroom - bedroom with the master bedroom with Pescara view - bedroom with a queen size bed
