We love this spot! Quiet, clean, convenient and comfortable. We’ve stayed here a few times while in the Yarmouth area. First thing we do when planning a trip is to see if Frank has vacancies. Big fans.

Loved our stay at Eric and Dawns beautiful house! A very short distance to the Summerville beach, and the house is well equipped for everything you would need. My kids especially loved the binoculars to look out at the water, and the colouring books left for them.

there was a mix up when we first arrived but after contacting was quickly resolved, the place was very nice , clean and definitely worth the price. if I ever make it back to yarmouth I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. as a first time airbnber it was a great experience.

This was a perfect place to stay…located along the waterfront, near to restaurants and grocery stores, and also the rail trail. It was very comfortable and quiet. I will certainly look to stay here again!

Eric and Dawn's place was great. While small, it had everything you need. It is always great to have a functional kitchen. It has a spectacular view and is easy walking distance to Summerville beach and the Quarterdeck restaurant. We appreciated the heat pump system and with the changing Nova Scotia temperatures we were always comfortable. Thoughtful hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. Can highly recommend staying at "The Decks" and hope to return.

Normally, I wouldn’t review the same place twice. But we stayed at The Merchant Quarters upon arrival for our 12 day trip around beautiful Nova Scotia - figuring its location was so easy after coming off the ferry from Maine, USA. We fell in love with every single detail of this beautiful place! It is a GEM! We enjoyed it so much that we canceled our reservations at another place for our last night in Nova Scotia, and booked The Merchant Quarters for our final night stay - and we are so happy that we did!

Beautiful spot inside and out. The home is well equipped and spacious. Check in was a breeze and Shelly was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are large and had lots of towels. The back deck is lovely with a great view of the lake. Close to town.

We had a struggle with the mortgage company for a home that had purchased near Yarmouth, but this made the hassles easier to deal with and it was a great location to get out and meet our new neighbors

We had a wonderful stay and all of our expectations were meet. The house was very clean and everything you needed was there. We would not hesitate to rebook this place. Wish we had longer to stay.

Immaculate property. No one wanted to leave! Jennifer has thought of everything in this modern, minimalist, beautifully equipped home away from home. We will for certain be back! Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Loved our stay here. It felt like home and was close to our family so we didn't waste travel time. We also loved the big yard so our kids could play outside.

Andrea was easy to communicate with, accommodating and pleasant. Walking distant to beautiful Mavillette Beach. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming.
