Ros was very friendly and replied quickly to our questions. instructions were accurate and detailed. The place is very nice and feels private. Close to Southampton and Winchester, and perfect for exploring the area.

Stayed here for a few weeks whilst having building work carried out. The Oaks was quiet and private with excellent amenities. Great location for walking along the river Itchen towards Eastleigh or Winchester. 5 * for Diana who was always very friendly and helpful .

The summerhouse was lovely and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. An amazing choice for a solo traveler or a couple!

This was a gem of a find! We love the countryside the location couldn't not have been better! Very private, with immediate access to several footpaths. So nice to have an airbnb that not only sleeps 6 but the rest of accommodation was suitable for 6 too! Easy access to main roads if you wanted it and a short drive to the local corner shop that had 'everything'! If we visit the Winchester area again, we'll be arranging our trip around availability of the Nest!
