I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kym’s Villa. It was 100% better than staying in a hotel as a family group and after busy days sightseeing, it was so lovely to return to super comfy beds, space to socialise together and the comfort of our own space. We all loved our stay and thought the location was perfect - away from the crowds. Space to walk or cycle in the gates area and a fabulous restaurant and supermarket with if a 10min walk. Thank you Kym for your reassurance after booking and lots of messages and always being available. Just sorry we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting you in person.

We loved this place. A nice view over the water, in the middle of the Marina but still quite. If you stay longer than a 1-2 nights (like us), consider that the host only provides 1 large towel per person. We ended up buying some extra ones, since we wanted to use the pool and gym. Overall all good!

Great place! It was in a perfect brand new area. Dubai mall was just 10 mins away. It was little inconvenient for us to buy couple items when we checked it however the host was responsive and refunded the money. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in dubai.
