One of the best places to stay and relax. Would recommend to everyone.

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

This was a great villa. It was very private and peaceful, and perfect for our family of five with three small children. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all of our meals except for a very nice Easter brunch at one of the restaurants. Future guests should know that there is no oven, but I had read this in the listing and expected it. The beach is great for small children with excellent water temperature in April and just enough surf to make it interesting but not dangerous. Having the pool on the patio of the villa is also very convenient for a nice family.

One of the best places that I have stayed in, I recommend you to stay at this place in addition the mall is close to the villa. Host is friendly and he always answer when we need any help. 10/10!!!

I did not guarantee to check in due to unforeseen circumstances, however Khaled showed itself to be a very friendly owner, was responsive, and even offered to check in earlier. I recommend Khaleda for his professional approach.

sunny is a great host, he upgraded our room location to a better view of the marina without additional cost. He responds quickly to every questions i have during our stay. My family loved the view we had and enjoyed our vacation and for sure we will be back again.. Thank you Nayan
