Dream house (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large house of architectural value, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming residence on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend moments of relaxation and a dream holiday. Lodging: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with Louis XV fireplace, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. The air conditioning is only present in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Men's - Women's Dependance shared toilet service: Inside the guest house you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue ) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; cook available on request. The station just a stone's throw away

It is a spacious and bright apartment 60 meters from the train station and will be just for you. I like to know something about you and the reason for your trip. It is a perfect home for those who travel by train. There is a garage only for small cars! At the entrance 196 cm then 249 and 440 long. There is a paid parking lot across the street. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator. The furnishings are the original ones of the 70s in perfect condition. You will find coffee,tea, jams, slices and snacks.
