I consider myself very lucky to have stayed in a place so lovely. The space was delightful, and conveniently located. The host was very responsive too!

Ylfa's was very friendly and helpful. Her place is beautiful and super cozy, it felt like staying as a local. And the location is super!, highly recommended.

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the company of his dog. Very comfortable and friendly. Was provided with breakfast in the morning and ride to the airport!

It was the best Airbnb we‘ve ever had! Daníel is a very helpful host and helped us everyday with questions about the Airbnb and Iceland. Felt more like staying at a friends house than an Airbnb. It was a very nice feeling like at home.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Amazing space, convenient location, and great views. The best part was the hospitality from both hosts, my girlfriend and I felt incredibly welcomed. Would recommend this place over to anybody visiting Iceland. Also, Tyson and Noah are best dogs! Loved playing with them in the gym.

The best decision I made when planning this trip was to stay with Ása. She is the kindest and most generous host. I felt like I was visiting an old friend throughout my entire trip. I never felt like a paying guest. She picked me up at the bus station, took time to find out what my goals were while I was there and helped me plan for them, provided food for me (she makes a mean quinoa salad!), and encouraged me to do activities that would make my trip more enriching. Her home is clean and welcoming, and the walk to downtown along the coastline is magnificent. And the dogs! I missed Lotta and Atlas from the moment I left - I loved cuddling with them on the couch at night! I cannot do justice to her as a host with just a few sentences. Any solo female traveller should jump at the chance to stay with Ása! It was by far my best Airbnb experience to date.

We couldn’t have had a better stay at Alexander’s apartment. It was our home base, in a great location for road trips and close to the city. We were always happy to return back to the apartment, since it was so comfortable and clean. Great place to rest up for the next day of adventures. Street parking was always available, no stress. Alexander was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others as well! :)

Host lives here so their belongs are there but it's clean and organized for our stay. A one way road pretty private and quiet at night. We had a 9 seater big van and we can park it outside. Good value and good location. There's a mall nearby and really close to Reykjavik city.

It is away from the city center of Reykjavik, but it is worth getting around. It's a spacious accommodation, so there's plenty of space to organize your luggage, so I think it'll be especially good on the first and second days of the trip. I recommend this place rather than a smaller place with a similar price in the city center. Even though it was late, my host gave me a quick response, so I was able to check in comfortably. Thank you. Next time I come to Iceland again, I'll use it again. If you don't have a single grocery store, it's scary to see Bame.

Excellent stay at Adam’s. It was the perfect calm place to stay in a couple of busy days. Loved the floor heating, modern decor and mood lighting. Even came away with a few design ideas for my own home! Thank you, Adam.

We had an absolutely perfect stay. Karl Davor told us several times that we just needed his things, so we were fine using, for example, spices, some flour, garbage bags, etc. We also had to use his hot tub at no extra cost, but of course you have to be aware that there is a smell of sulfur from the hot water, but Karl Davor has no influence on that. The beds were very comfortable and the house modern and nicely decorated. We were able to use the washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as Disney +. We had rented a car, so the distances to the sights were no problem. There is a small shop along with the gas station, where you can buy the essentials. The surroundings were a good fit for us. There are a lot of green areas/park with a playground. There is a very short distance to the beach, here you can find rocks and throws away. We didn't get to try the local swimming pool, but it's also within a short distance. We stayed here for 12 days and enjoyed every day the view of the mountain Esja.

Had an amazing time staying Pétur’s place. Plenty of space for my group of 6 adults. Location was great, right by a domestic airport that didnt seem to be used much because I never heard a plane take off or land. Location is great, within 5-7 mins driving to the downtown area. You definitely need a car but Id say that for all of Reykjavic in general. Plenty of parking, we had 2 cars. The bathroom upstairs has heated floors, which was great during the winter. For NYE it was perfect because we could see fireworks from all of the town and we got really lucky and saw the Northern Lights very clearly from his place, probably not common, but it was amazing! Magical trip, will def stay there again.

We had 10 days in Iceland. We planned many day trips for different sights. But we wanted to be close to but not IN Reykjavik. This location was perfect. The house was great! Beautiful sun/living room, nice kitchen and was a nice quiet location.

Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

We had such a great stay at Vive’s. Firstly, the house is exactly as described. All the rooms, and more Importantly the beds were super clean and very comfortable. The house is spacious and located in a very beautiful and serene neighborhood which is like a 5 to 7 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. We walked along the beautiful bay that’s literally right behind the house, and kids enjoyed playing at a cute playground right next to the bay. Vive had several nice toys which kept the kids entertained at home. The hot tub was great to spend late evenings with friends with a few drinks. Vive was super responsive and helped with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again when I come back again to Iceland!

This place was perfect! 4 adult and 4 kids. It was absolutely beautiful home and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance to food markets and some restaurants and only 20 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Walking trails all along the area. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our visit to Iceland, highly recommend this place!

This AirBnB was perfect for our family of 6! We all had our own bedrooms (2 couples, 2 singles) and enough common area to spread out, if we wanted. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and Inga even left a welcome basket of snacks and breakfast items! The place also has a washer & dryer, which we used after swimming, twice! The heated floors were a God-send during the December cold. We had an electrical issue and they promptly got an electrician out to fix it. Worked perfectly after that! The location is at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood. There is a walking trail close by but we never used it because we visited in December and it was too cold for us. Other amenities are available at the house, like a hot tub and outdoor living area, but we did not use those because of the cold weather. They look like a wonderful addition for a warmer-weather visit. I highly recommend this location and the wonderful hosts!!

The best vacation we have ever had. The house was just perfect for our family. Loved it!
