Beautiful two-story cottage in a super authentic hamlet and off the tourist circuits. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, as well as cared for with a touch of antique (there is everything: from the fireplace to the kitchen to all the necessary utensils). Amazing views from upstairs. Federico, known only by message, very kind and very nice. Absolutely recommended! Be careful, in the village there are practically no services, except for something a little further down. In any case, there is the town of Castel del Piano with all services 10 minutes by car.

Luca's place was like a little dream, a beautiful house in an incredible location, super peaceful and mesmerising, great for a little jump out of busy cities and noisy every day life thanks to a beautiful scenery with lovely rustic vibes. Private sauna an incredible bonus! Luca has been very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience is incredibly recommended. ❤️

The house is very nice and rhuig located, in very good condition and top furnished. You definitely need a car because shops, restaurants and cafes are a little further away. Despite mixed weather conditions we had a very nice stay. The beautiful days we were hiking, cycling in the Maremma or swimming by the sea. The nearby Daniel Spöri Museum is also highly recommended. In case of rain, we cooked extensively in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the good DVD music and film selection by fireplace. All around for us (5) a perfect getaway.

Beautifull quite and lovely place. Good location to visit surroundings by car on day trips.
