Waterfront vacation rentals in Seaside Beach Oregon

A newer rental that’s also for sale! Kinda a fun way to house shop if anyone is in the market. We came for a quiet getaway over the holidays. It’s delivered! Wonderful location. Highly recommend Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in manzanita if yummy food is a thing. All the beaches around here are amazing. Winter did its thing and made the ocean extra powerful and moody! Kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. Bathroom had hotel style toiletries. The bed was adequate for a rental. Nice electric fireplace and stunning views.

Loved our stay! Once we got in, we were already talking about coming back. The space was nice and the view was amazing!

rockaway beach was an adorable little getaway! we loved exploring the local shops and restaurants. the airbnb was very comfortable and convenient.

Great location and space! 10/10 would come back. Only challenge was that the Unit # was a little hard to find once it was time to check in but I found it nested in some other instructions.

We have stayed here many times. Love it! The view of the Columbia River from your many windows is awesome. The accommodations are first class.

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

We had a great stay. We have avoided Seaside for years but will be back! This unit was perfect for our family. The patio was nice and private with a view of the river and sunsets. The Mobi Mat is right at the end of 12th St making the beach accessible this time of year. Fuller pillows would be nice and I think would improve the comfort of mattress in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Make sure to bring ice as there isn't an ice maker. It appears the owners take great pride in their home and actually visit. Can't wait for our next stay!

Very clean, great views, very quiet

This is my second trip here, and this is the best airbnb on the OR coast! Unbelievable views of the ocean in an architectural gem. Donald is also an outstanding host- responsive and super friendly. Will definitely be back!

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

Place worked Great for our holiday getaway!

This was our second stay here and we will probably come back for a third! You can't beat the privacy of the view. The house is comfortable, and the kitchen is great to cook in (something that is extremely important to me). And the elk sightings are just the candy on top! Can't say enough good things about this house.

Was really nice to have dinner in a strangers home and feel at home right next to the ocean close to where our trip was

This home was in a wonderful location right by the beach. The house was updated and great for large families, children and pets. The amenities were updated and the beds were so comfortable. It had ample parking and was easy to find. The hosts were amazing and gave clear and simple directions and were always available for support. We definitely plan to come back again!

A wonderful stay. This place is what all Airbnb’s should be like. Comfortable and clean, with thoughtful amenities to make your stay stress free and enjoyable. Most importantly a stunning location with easy access to a great beach. Our only complaint would be the beds seemed like doubles rather than queens, though they were comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Soooooo clean! So peaceful! So comfortable! My favorite of all my stays BECAUSE of the comfort and cleanliness! So grateful to have comfy, clean rockers in front of a clean picture window! So many times, at 75, the furniture just feels terrible, but this was amazing! The location of such great peace and quiet, but a two minute drive from ‘the action’. Absolutely will return and soon.🥰

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was quiet, safe, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. Although this unit has no views to the outside from the bedrooms, views of the ocean from our living room window and balcony were incredibly lovely and we could see the sunset every night. We loved Wanda’s a few towns over for coffee and breakfast - worth the drive! We would definitely return for a visit in the future.

It was a wonderful experience and the best view ever. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully appointed for a homey atmosphere. I had everything I needed right there, and the concierge was always available for questions or any needs. It’s the very best place to stay, and Rob is so kind and thoughtful of his guests. I highly recommend this place.

This space was cozy and comfortable. You can see the ocean view from the couch, and from one of the bedrooms — which was so beautiful and calm. Angela’s space was equipped for cooking, and we prepared all of our meals in the Airbnb. It was quiet and felt private, despite being part of a complex.. and myself + fiancée + our two pups felt right at home. The deck area was great for our dog to lounge outside while we cooked. Overall, it was a great, secluded feeling stay, and we will definitely book again.

Victor’s beautiful condo was exactly as described, lovely and fully outfitted inside, with a stunning full view of the ocean directly off the deck. It is the nicest beachside place I’ve stayed, everything inside was in new condition. The beautiful little kitchen had great appliances and everything I needed for basic cooking, and the bathrooms were pristine. Very nice shower, and a super comfy bed! There were lots of unobtrusive but helpful labels throughout the condo. I will definitely stay again.

This rental is amazing! The decor is warm and cozy and everything is extremely clean! No long walk to the beach - it is literally RIGHT there. The kitchen is extremely well stocked - we were surprised by how much was actually there. Great location as you are just a couple minutes from town and the parking is extremely convenient! Will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay . The condo was clean and well equipped. It has a wonderful view of the ocean as it is on the 5th floor. We did not use the balcony because of the weather, but would take advantage of it in the spring or summer. Definitely would stay there again.

Loved our stay here. The condo is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The location right on the beach is amazing. The view out the picture window or on the balcony gorgeous. Walkable to the restaurants off the promenade.
