Beachfront vacation rentals in Seaside Beach Oregon

We absolutely loved spending our spring break vacation here. The location is amazing with great views and quick-easy access to the beach. More than enough amenities for all age levels. We will be back!

This was our second trip to The Rocky Whale in the last six months. We love it here. For us, the location is incredible. We spend as much time on the beach possible and being able to cross the street to the dune path and be at the ocean in less than 5 minutes is incredible. Low-tide tide pools? Check. Entire groups of seals? Check. Eagles? Check. Milky Way on a clear night? Also check! We are grateful for the ability to bring our dogs and the big open space downstairs to be able to house their crates. The bed/bath/kitchen has always been clean and comfortable and when the storms come through being able to hang out in the big living space upstairs and keep ourselves entertained (tv… storm… games.. etc) has come in handy. The kitchen is well appointed. We eat in when we stay here and there is nothing we haven’t been able to handle (sometimes a little improvisation is needed!) We were never able to find the tv remote on our second trip… but there is an app for that.

Our weekend at The Gullymonster was beyond magical. Chris and Amy were extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming as hosts. This is truly a forever find and we cannot wait to plan our next visit. We loved Flamingo Jim’s, Tillmook Creamery, and all the fun restaurants in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living space was perfect for a weekend full of dice, good tv, food, and just watching the waves and weather roll in. The hot tub was a great touch and we loved ending our nights relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Rockaway Cottage, especially our 2 year old who found the toys, dresses and decor of the home to be so exciting and entertaining! The cottage was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The location was nice and quiet and the walk to the beach wasn't too bad, even for our toddler to make on her own. We didn't get to use the large deck or fire pit as much as we would have liked, but they were also great additions to the space.

My family and I had a wonderful Spring Break at Ying’s place. The deck and view are amazing, and the location cannot be beat. It’s steps to the beach and is also close enough to town to walk to restaurants and ice cream shops within a few minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed, the home was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s clear that Ying has thought of everything to make her guests feel right at home. I would highly recommend this rental!

My family had a wonderful time celebrating two birthdays over this past weekend. We loved being able to sit together at the large dining table overlooking the bay for every meal that was prepared in the well supplied kitchen. In the evening we enjoyed being snug inside playing games while the winter storms lashed the windows. Very memorable time and we hope to return again someday.

Terri’s beach house was across the highway from the beach. It was very easy to walk to a beautiful beach location. There were shops and other amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner using all necessary and available cooking equipment! The house has a lot of stairs, so it was a little challenging for my elderly parents. The bonus room was great for my kids who are both in college, but be aware that this room is in the back of the garage and not close to a bathroom. The primary bedroom was beautiful!

I have traveled off and on. I love this place,I can't wait to stay there again. it was so beautiful . My friends and I our just blue collar worker. So this was over the top for us. Thank you for sharing with us a experience of living and be able to relax

Great amazing location! Right in the middle of all the fun. Place was gorgeous, clean, well stocked. Free was quick to respond to all my questions.

The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is in excellent location for walking around seaside. Pool was awesome and the resort offered a lot of amenities. We did get a different room than pictured so if you’re hoping for a specific view keep that in mind. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

Great location and amenities. The year round heated pool is awesome. You walk out the door and the beach is right there. Same with the restaurants, arcade, bumper cars, tilt a whirl etc. Perfect location. There’s even a game room with pool, arcade games, ping pong. The kids loved it!

This was our second time to the resort. The location to the beach, pool, hot tub and amenities were great as usual. The only drawback, which is no fault of the owners, is the horrible wait time for the elevators due to cleaning staff using the guest elevators for their carts etc. The service elevator was working just fine and we saw few staff using it. We’ll be back next year! Thank you!!!

If you’re looking for a secluded place with a 1/1 view. This is it. The accommodations were great! We thoroughly enjoyed the views. It’s a modern home that had all the amenities we needed. Thanks Donald for being a great host!

My friends and I visited from Portland for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time at Max's place! The location is fantastic - easy to find and a quick two minute walk to the beach - and the house itself is charming and cozy. The fireplace was a hit, especially in the chilly evenings or after taking a dip in the freezing ocean. It warmed up the top level and we were comfortable the whole time. Check in was easy, there was plenty of space for our party of four, and we loved it. I absolutely recommend staying at Max's place!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

Great location! It's just over the sand dune to the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The Salal house was comfortable and cozy whether it was raining or sunny, and you always get a mix on the Oregon coast. We truly enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the sunshine. Kim was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The view can’t be beat! Brent’s place had everything we could want in a vacation home. The kitchen was well appointed and a bowl full of snacks and a bottle of wine was the icing on the cake! The beds were super comfortable. Very close to town and steps from the beach. Lots of little extras like phone/watch chargers on the bedside tables and shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to coming back soon!

Things we loved: Location: Lots of beach area that we pretty much had to ourselves the whole week. We flew kites, played football, walked the beach and even had a few campfires. View: Awesome view from the 2nd story condo. We watched a sea lion bask in the sun one day and a bald eagle find its dinner each night. Kitchen: Great kitchen that has everything to prepare all your meals. We stopped by Costco in Portland and Safeway in Tillamook and cooked our own meals. (Grocery store in town is small) Space: Great size for 2 adults, 2 teens and a lab. Host: Very responsive and helpful. Things to consider: Dining space: There is no dining table, just a bar, so if it’s rainy and you want to play games that can be tricky. Stairs: There are quite a few stairs to the condo, we knew this ahead of time so we were prepared for it, but it still made loading and unloading quite a bit more difficult. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Sea glass was lovely. Short walk to the beach. Well stocked and decorated. Katie was great to deal with. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home. My friends and I rented it for the weekend for a birthday gathering and we fell in love with it. So close to the beach, absolutely massive. We had 9 of us and it didn’t feel squished or anything. The kitchen is awesome and the master bath is HUGE
