This apartment is really recommended 😊 Very large and super equipped with everything you need . Clean and very comfortable. We stayed in Gerlos for a week and felt very comfortable. The dear caretaker Eliska takes very good care of well-being. Not only did we expect nice , cozy clean apartment, but also bottle of wine, something sweet and what to nibble 😉 Thank you Eliska ! The location is ideal. Directly in the village on the street but in the evening is very quiet and you can spend time outside on the large balcony, of course also during the day. 😃 There are several restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend the Dahoum.202. Simply great and delicious ! Same restaurant von Jägerhof👌🏼. I will definitely be back and book this apartment 😃 Oh dear ... forgot to mention the great sauna! We had the deluxe apartment and it was great! Loved having 2 bathrooms connected to bedrooms-perfect for traveling with friends. Easy walk to little village. We had a really good meal at Messners. Host didn’t communicate beforehand on check in (or requirements for check out—I hope we left it the way they wanted) - we emailed but didn’t hear back so we had to call to ask about check-in. However, host was super nice and explained what to do and it was easy! The apartment with 2 balconies was really great and the tourism card was a bonus we weren’t expecting! We did do the cable car because it was included with card-so nice!

The apartment is very clean, well connected to the airport - one direct bus ,good access to the center by tram or bus. Apartment in a quiet area, beautiful views of the mountains, equipped with all the equipment needed during a few days stay, the host was waiting for us on the day of arrival, gave us all the tips about the stay, on the day of departure allowed us to stay until the afternoon - we had our departure in the evening. We had a really pleasant stay. We came with two small children and effort was made for this. 2 cribs and 2 high chairs were provided, so we didn't have to put it in our already overcrowded suitcases. We were also allowed to arrive and depart more flexibly so that this worked out better with the children. The cottage overlooked the valley and this view is definitely worth it.

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with the accommodation. In addition to the fantastic location with mountain views, it is very well equipped. For us, the ski room with shoe warmers was a great thing. But also in the kitchen there is everything you need. Rene was an amazing host who provided us with a beautiful and clean apartment. We will be happy to come back.

We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

This farmhouse is fascinating. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a museum and at the same time at home. It offers the opportunity to be close to each other in a large group and you still have enough space to retreat. What delighted me, each room has its own bathroom with shower and there is a bathtub in the house. The house is very family friendly and the hosts are really extremely eager to make the stay as relaxed as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many alpine huts that are easy to reach. Hiking trails have something for everyone in the area. The house has direct access to the street which makes it very easily accessible. The road is not very busy and you can relax in front of the house watching the mountains in the sunlight/fog or snow. It is really recommended to spend a few days here.

Nice place, a good space for 10 adults. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The decor is partly older (see pictures), but by no means broken or rancid. For example, the bathroom on the 3rd floor has been completely renovated. There is ample space for skiing, snowboarding and equipment. If the weather had been better, we would also have liked to use the large terrace. The ski bus is at 3 minutes walking, the Zillertalbahn about 5 minutes. The ski resorts "Hochzillertal", "Mayrhofen" and "Zillertalarena" are easily accessible. The house has ample parking.

It is a modernized winding old farmhouse over 2 levels. According to the age, the floor creaks here and there and it is of course also a little clairvoyant. This didn't bother us, because it also exudes a certain charm. The furnishings are nice and modern overall. Only there are also a few style elements in the style of a "Villa Kunterbunt", e.g. the colorful picture frames in the living room. This is, of course, a matter of taste, they didn't quite meet ours. The location is great, in 2 minutes you will be at the ski bus. Overall we found it a very nice stay and can recommend it. Host Sanni is also always very easy to reach and with helpful tips on the spot!

Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

Beautiful and clean area, with a lot of entertainment oppportunities, active sport life and sharp clean air on the other hand cosy, clean and silent location perfect for a family trip. Friendly and proactive host really feel like friends. Simply perfect!

This place was great! The hosts were always very responsive and helped with anything that came up. I would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

Johannes was very reactive in answering me and when I meet him was super friendly and welcoming , he let us leave the luggage there e en after the check out ( our flight was in the afternoon ) the flat is great and the room has is own toilet and little garden I will definitely be back one day !

Perfect stay. Beautiful place, well served and very clean. Equipped with everything you need. Great location to get to ski and tourist destinations. Perfect communication, always available, kind and accurate. They found a welcome gift to both us and our little girl; very rare fixes. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible!
