For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
