Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

I spent my 31st with my husband and friends here and it was a dream! We have never traveled to Italy so Francesca was amazing with helping us coordinate our pick up at the Train station with a private driver and even our taxi to Siena when we wanted to visit for lunch. She always made sure we had what we needed and even helped us with a private chef experience that we will always cherish. The hot tub has amazing views and feels so romantic both during the day and night. We will be returning and can’t wait!

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

Vila Di Geggiano was everything we were expecting it to be and more. We simply loved the place, quiet and very comfortable, set in the middle of a beautiful Toscana. The guest apartment is located by the side of the Main House, a historical summer palace with a deep history behind it. Andrea, our host, gave us a personal tour of the main house, filled with great stories about his ancestors. The house has been in Andrea´s family since the 1500s! If you are looking to spend some quiet days enjoying the great food and wine of Toscana in a relaxed, unique and comfortable space, Vila di Geggiano is a great destination for you.

We stayed here with a family of 6 with 4 small children and a big dog. The property is as pictured and described if not better. The village is extremely special and quaint .. for me, it is the best place for a true holiday and where the kids are fully entertained. The farm and tour of the village were a bonus and our host Fabio was available for all our needs and extremely polite. I all around could not recommend this place more and they are even renovating and building what should become an exceptional restaurant. We can’t wait to come back, Grazie Milli and ciao !

Antonietta was a wonderful host. Her and her husband were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Absolutely gorgeous Tuscan home with a great view of the Tuscan country-side. My girlfriend and I absolutely adored their home and staying there with true Italian hospitality.

An area of Tuscany still little explored on a tourist level. Which is very positive for me. Very quiet environment, interesting on a geothermal level with all the fumaroles and smells that were seen from the hills. Monica's home allowed us to look at the entire surrounding landscape. Maybe Dante was really inspired by these hills in "Hell"...

We had a perfect stay at Bruno, Esperanza - and Betty! We felt absolutely welcome and at home. The apartment is beautiful - cozy and high quality furnished with everything you need. The garden was the perfect place to relax - in addition to the variety of plants, you can also enjoy the view of the forest and the hills of Tuscany. Within max. 40 minutes you can reach many different places and hiking areas by car, but you can also easily reach the surroundings and the nearest village of Ville di Corsano (with outstanding Panificio and well-stocked small supermarket). What made our stay so special, of course, is the host Esperanza and the host Bruno - in addition to valuable tips on what to discover in the area, it was the really exciting conversations that have stayed in our head. We will be back!

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend the New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords have already heated the apartment, so we were immediately able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! Also the shower is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Tuscan house! The location is stunning– nestled in the rolling hills, surrounded by olive groves. Waking up to such breathtaking views every morning was a dream come true. The house itself is full of charm and character, with traditional stone walls, beautiful windows, wooden beams, and cozy, comfortable furnishings. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the ‘tower bedroom’ with view to Siena ‘skyline’. Only downside is that you can hear the ‘Autostrada’ when the wind is ‘set wrong’.

We spent almost two weeks at Lorenas great apartment and would be happy to come again. It's an idillic place for those who looks for solitude and calmness, and values privacy, beauty and simplicity. There are four little apartments in an large and beautiful garden, each separated and private. The guests are free to walk in the garden. One can drink fresh and clean water from the spring and occationally pick up tasty figues. The view to the see on the sunrise is breathtaking and worth of getting up very early to meet the sun every day. Lorena is a great, friendly and very responsive host and the teritorry is safe for children, as it is a closed territory. Our kids were very welcomed by Lorena and her beautiful mother. The party part of the island is remote, there some very decent and beautiful beaches near the place. In addition we will recommend to visit Fortezza del Giove (40 min walk) and Lageso Rosso, bloody red lake nearby. In short, a rare-find place to stay and great people!

It was very great at Giovanni's place. He showed everything about the possibilities in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax there wonderfully and of course swim. The unit is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there with our 15 month old child. In addition, Giovanni brought a lot of great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc .) Monika was also super kind and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

We loved our stay with Rebecca! The place is beautiful and peaceful. Rebecca welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, private and comfortable. Slept great Rebecca helped us plan our time in Tuscany and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was good. She provided anything we asked for—iron, ironing board, packing tape. Great location for exploring Tuscany. She even fed our dog when we went out for long days. I will be sending my friends there!

There is peace and tranquility in this house. Surely we will be back! We really enjoyed our stay! Chiara is very kind! Highly recommended this place!!

The place is really super nice. The view and the pool are wonderful. You can easily get to the beach and still have your peace on the terrace. It's spacious, simple, and clean. There is a delicious pizzeria within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to keep in mind: There is a large group of street cats that are quite intrusive trying to gain access to the apartment. So you have to do something about it. So if you're not particularly cat affin, you can be warned.

Mario was very warm and a very very great host. We would always come back!

Lovely Villa and good host, perfect for a family vacation

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!
