Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Our house is a 270 year old interconnecting house that we have renovated and rebuilt in loving work. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden planks or timber frame. Our garden is designed in such a way that living beings who are at home there can still feel at home like, salamanders, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfishers and wild bees. Those who stay in the garden for a long time can observe these many rare inhabitants in our garden.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. The pretty 45m² apartment is on the ground floor of a house on a slope in the small village of Schöna, 8km from Bad Schandau, 200m from the forest. Except for windows and doors, only natural materials were used. It is heated with a clay oven, which can also be used for cooking. In addition, an electric 2-plate hob is available.
