Vacation rentals with beach access in Sassnitz

We had a wonderful few days at the Baltic Sea. The place is perfectly located for starting a hike to Königsstuhl. A Netto is a short walk away. At the harbor you can get delicious fish from the cutter. The apartment in the villa has a super muggy flair and at breakfast you can look at the sea. We felt very comfortable and like to come back :) Thank you Joachim and Sybille 🫶⚓️

We had a very nice long weekend in Ahoi Marie: the apartment is nice and perfect size for a couple. The balcony on the water is perfect to enjoy the tranquillity and nature of the area! Paul is very friendly and kindly satisfied all our requests. Thanks Paul and Marie for such nice experience on the Baltic Sea!

Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bicycle parking. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed as a family for a short trip in the apartment, which we enjoyed especially because of the super good location. There is an outdoor area and you can already hear the water formally because it is so close. Everything is within walking distance, which is mega good as a family.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was cozily furnished and there were good amenities with everything you needed. There were even books, CDs, and lots of toys. The beds and also the sofa bed were comfortable. There was comprehensive information from Katrin on arrival and in the apartment a very clear collection of information about the apartment and possible activities. Overall, the communication was very friendly. The Baltic Sea is a short walk away. The location is simply wonderful if you like to be in the nature.

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be answered directly once. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with Smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m away from the beach and the pier. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only pass on Uwe's tips for Waffelmaik or the Strandkate restaurant. Those in the mood for a good Italian restaurant are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

The place was very easy to reach and check-in was well organized. The equipment is perfect, everything we needed for 3 great relaxing days at the Usedom. Particularly noteworthy is the bedroom under the roof, spacious and very good bed with excellent mattresses and everything wonderfully clean. Thanks

We were on the Baltic Sea for the first time in winter and the whole family enjoyed it very much. The house is great for families. We will be happy to come back!

Very quiet accommodation. Very modern furnishings and everything necessary is available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

For a long weekend with a group of friends this was the perfect place. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the many bathrooms! Also the large table was just perfect for boardgame evenings and the oven made a lovely fire and a cozy warmth. We’d stay again!

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Great place to stay and great for family celebrations

Fully equipped cottage in a fantastic location and a magnificent view of the lake! We felt completely comfortable! No point deduction for this, but a small tip to Wolfgang: A short description of the oven would still be helpful for guests! But otherwise everything is tiptop! Glad to come back!

We spent 6 beautiful days in the house. It is very cozily furnished, had everything we needed and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very quiet, has a huge property and the beach is a 5 min walk. We definitely recommend!

Thank you Dominik for this beautiful place. It really is a very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Very clean and lovingly furnished. But the sauna and the fireplace were really the cherry on the cake. Very nice and quiet environment and your accommodating manner and helpfulness is really great. We will be happy to come back...

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

Klaus' apartment is very quiet. You can't hear anything, a dream. You can reach the beach in three minutes I think I've never had such a clean accommodation, here I really express huge praise... the apartment is in great condition and it's just EVERYTHING you need. From the garage, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment, which is also a very comfortable plus. I'd love to come back and thank you for the stay.

The location was very good, a lot was within walking distance. The underground parking space was nice and wide. The apartment was comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. Only toilet paper could have been a little more.

Communication was flawless and questions were answered promptly. The accommodation is also impeccable - gladly again!

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. Very clean and the inventory is as described. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. The location of the apartment was perfect! Very central, within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Restaurants, bakers, shops, all within walking distance. Nevertheless, quiet location of the apartment. We would definitely book the apartment again. :)
