The holiday apartment is located in Prora (near Baltic seaside resort Binz). The apartment is approx. 42m2 in size and is suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, WC with kitchen and a bathtub are available. Pitch CAR in carport (with charge), separate seating area with barbecue. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernisation took place in autumn 2017 as well as in autumn 2018 and 2020.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.
