The apartment is in a good location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Mirko and Giovanna were responsive and very helpful. Overall we had a great experience.

It is an unforgettable experience to stay in Matera. Tudor is passionate about the town and his energy towards living there is contagious. Staying in an abode the has a large part of it carved out of the valley wall 7,000 years ago keeps your imagination spinning. There is a lot to do and you will get in many steps. We took a walking tour with just our small four person group and it was totally worth it. There are amazing museums there also. You must go and stay a Tudor’s place!

Staying in this Airbnb was such a fun and unique experience! It is right in the heart of the Sassi in Matera so very walkable to everything. Michele met us at the parking garage that was recommended and walked us to the apartment and provided very helpful instructions. There was plenty of space for our family of four (beds already set up for our two kids which was nice) and of course the bathroom is incredible. I highly recommend this cave apartment!

Very nice place to discover Matera and the surrounding area. Eliana is very nice and has great local tips and suggestions. The Apartment is very peaceful and quite. We would come again.
