My family and I loved this place!!!! This is one of those airbnbs that gives the vibes of "home away from home." We were so grateful for Alicia and Alex. The place is even better in person. I would book here again.

Overall, a great place to stay with a large family. The pool and hot tub were nice, and there is a beach that is walkable (.75 Miles away). The host was responsive to an issue we had during our stay that was due to a power outage. Our family really enjoyed the house, and the surrounding areas.

This was our third time staying here and we continue to love it. The whole family looks forward to this every year. There is lots of room for cooking and enjoying meals, separate spaces for games, the wonderful pool for tons of fun, and bedrooms nicely placed separately for peace and quiet. It's the perfect space for our large gathering to come together without tripping over each other.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful vacation at Sandy's cottage. The surroundings are gorgeous, the stairway down to the lake is very easy to get to, and there were even some playful squirrels to watch from the front windows. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas were all well stocked. The water was delightfully hot, the central heat kept us extremely comfortable. This really is a gem of a place! Sandy was a very responsive, friendly host. We had no issues with check in or check out--everything was lovely. Very nice house, lots of space to spread out. Hosts are extremely responsive, even coming out on a Saturday night to help with an issue (which was on us, not them). Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. The amenities available to are too many to list. The home is extremely comfortable, clean and fun! The hosts are truly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure the driveway was clear of snow before our arrival which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again.

George's place was lovely. Loved the view from the hottub and the games room in the basement was a huge bonus. My only issue is thete were no hand towels in the bathrooms or the kitchen for doing the dishes but otherwise was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again

This home was one of the BEST Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean, sooo comfortable, very spacious, and just perfect! Doreen is an AMAZING host! She was able to accommodate our early check in, and with the unexpected snow, they shoveled the driveway and walk way for us! Communication was great, the home was huge and beautiful. I cant say enough, that this home was super CLEAN! Right on the lake with amazing views! The 4 full bathrooms made this home perfect for our group of 5 adults. We want to stay here every time we are in michigan. You wont regret renting this home!! Oh and the fireplace made the home nice and cozy!!

Shay was an excellent host and I would definitely return for another visit. The place is really as it is right on the lake shore with a private beach. The house is excellent with all the required amenities for a quiet and peaceful weekend. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lake front holiday.

My family and I had the most wonderful time. The home was clean and very comfy. There are so many things to do there on the island and surrounding areas. The locals on the island are so warm hearted and helpful. The view is priceless. I found myself just wanting to look out the windows. Can’t say enough about the beautiful water. Husband had a guided fishing tour and fell in love with this lake. Wished it wasn’t so cold, is a perfect place to consider retiring to. Thank you again Alice for all of your help. Absolutely beautiful location. The house is exactly as described and Patrick was responsive to my communication within minutes. Totally stress free stay that lent to a spectacular trip to Harsen's Island. I would book this property again in a heartbeat.

Louise is a great host! Very friendly and great communication. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and Louise called me to troubleshoot and then sent someone the next morning and had the issue fixed. The place is gorgeous, lots of "areas" to hang out and enjoy. Beds were SUPER comfy and the linens were crisp and clean. The place was super clean!! 15 minute walk to the lake which was nice. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a group!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great for our group of four couples. Everyone had their own room, bathroom and plenty of space. The kitchen was large and had plenty of cooking utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the deck during the day and using the fire pit at night. It is in a walkable location close to many restaurants. I appreciated how communicative the host was during our stay. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there again.
