Felicita's studio was just what we needed: everything was there and it was functional. Well located in the center but in a secluded and quiet location. Inside the ztl area but quickly and conveniently accessible from the parking lot. Fully functional apartment located in a great location for convenient parking and very close access to the network of mechanized routes that in a few minutes allow you to reach the historic center of Spoleto. Everything is fine . I recommend a visit to Spoleto and definitely Alessandro's place.

This lovely place was a luxurious stay! We loved the location up in the mountain forest. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything necessary for cooking, PLUS an electric cheese grater and a meat slicer!! Alessandra was a delightful and responsive hostess, responding immediately by phone or in person, helping us with directions and recommendations, bringing more paper supplies and even helping us with making coffee! The Fontanelle restaurant just up the lane was also an unexpected pleasure. We highly recommend this home!
