Monthly Rentals in Santa Teresa, Pérez Zeledón

The aparment and area around are very convenient and nice. The garden is beautiful and there are multiple places to work and relax. Luis goes beyond to help and assist and made us feel at home at once. Everything was so easy and we loved everything about Luis’s place😄 We cannot recommend Trebolmar aparments enough!

This was a great find in a sweet area outside of San Isidro but close enough to get to town in minutes . The cabin is impressively built & designed and well equipped with everything guests might need. The sounds of the birds & quebrada are soothing. We would love to return.

My dad and stepmom enjoyed their stay in Cesar’ apartment. The place was clean and as described/shown in the pictures. Cesar was friendly and helpful. They will use his place again when traveling to Perez Zeledon. Thanks!

Where to begin!! I’ve been traveling for some time & have rented many airbnbs and the energy of this place and Joe are just unmatched. Hard to put into words what you experience here but from his place to his prompt replies Joe is absolutely about making your time spent here a memory you will never forget. I woke up every morning & had breakfast outside in the clouds (but really). I loved the community aspect of the villas as I’m a solo traveler - we made what we called family dinners, sat outside together for what I deemed sunset club, helped eachother out. I extended 3 times and I believe that says how much love this place. 1000000/10 there’s no way you’ll be like “damn, I regret booking this place.” 🩵🌼🧡🌞🤎
