The apartment was amazing and in a place close to all the main attractions. On the nights a little noisy down the street but nothing that won't let you sleep. Alessia and Andrea were always friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of recommendations of where and what to eat. Great place to stay in Rome

The place was easy to find with the clear instructions from the hostess. It is not the easiest to get to the center of Rome (the old one) from the apartment, we took 2 buses at least each time and also the apartment is very far from the Fiomeso airport. The apartment is sparkling clean, there is everything there,even a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen and living room area were small for us. The bus station is very close and there are several supermarkets and shops near the apartment. The hostess was kind and answered us quickly every time.

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Alessandro was very kind, always available for everything, he suggested a fantastic place for my dogs and we had a great time 😊

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Anna Maria is a great host and the place was lovely and clean yet homely :) trendy area … very accessible and easy to get around would recommend :)

It's a nice enough place with just one thing As soon as I entered, it smelled good. If you look for the downsides, It was a little complicated to find accommodation. It was narrow and high. But he explained it so kindly that it wasn't that difficult I'm here. It's not hard if you look at the milestones on the street rather than Google Maps. If the carrier is heavy It may be a little difficult because of the stairs. I went by a little big car, and in order to park You have to go into a narrow tunnel, but you can scratch the car there. You have to be careful. There were quite a lot of parking spaces, but there were a lot of cars parked, so you may have to go down a little. And the water pressure of the hot water is weak, so it's hard to take a refreshing shower. If I had gone in the summer, it wouldn't matter, but it was a little chilly, so it was hard to wash with cold water. I already knew that through the reviews, so it was okay. But it might be difficult for women who like to decorate. I had more important sleeping in a nice house, so it didn't matter. There was also a fireplace, so my husband loved it. I had fun playing with fire. If you want to have a special experience I highly recommend it. I want to come again next time.

Very interesting and characteristic accommodation in the historic heart of the municipality of Barbarano Romano. It has everything you need to stay there in total comfort and independence. Great cleanliness. The host was always available and responsive, ready to respond and also providing great tips on how to get around the area. Thank you!

The sector is safe and quiet, close to the sea and the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, if you travel by car it is ideal because you have parking at the front of the house and you quickly go to all the touristy of Rome, Cristina is a very attentive and collaborative host. Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Such a great location super close to the train station; loved the balcony and all the great art in the space—plus it was so nice to have access to an elevator with our luggage.

We cannot thank Carmen enough for her hospitality during our stay. Carmen was helpful, kind, caring, accomodating and made us feel right at home. We arrived in the evening with LOTS of luggage and a 9 month old baby and Carmen helped us take all our luggage up the room and settle in so quickly. She had put so much effort in for our little one and having amenities such as extra toys and a high chair made life so much easier. Carmen was so attentive and we cannot thank her enough for being our host! For anyone visiting with a pram- just an FYI that the lift to the room is quite tight so you just need to be prepared to collapse the pram/stroller each time. No issue for us just a heads up as the room is on the 4th floor. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much Carmen- you’re awesome! X

The apartment we rented for our weekend in Rome was perfect for our stay with friends. Its location is ideal: quite close to the old town, which makes it easy to visit, while being far enough away to enjoy a quiet environment. Nearby public transport made it much easier to get around. The apartment was clean, well appointed and offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A huge thank you to Federico for his attentive support, valuable advice and help, even after we left. We highly recommend this place to stay!

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.
