Quiet stay, no inconvenience. Building in a very good location and with many attractions in the area. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or requests. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an air conditioner. Thanks for hosting.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.

The place corresponded with the listing, everything was well organized and clean. He was careful even to leave a box with items for an emergency, I thought it was considerate of him.

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

I wanted to thank you for the lodging, the house was exactly as described and I felt very welcome during my stay. The Location is perfect, next to the Lagoon , which made my stay even more enjoyable. The house was impeccable, very clean and organized. It is not complicated to get there by car, it is 5min from the center by car and at the foot of the highway of the mountain. It was definitely worth the stay, thank you so much!

The house is impeccable, a super comfortable room with lots of space, all the airy and spacious bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and all well cared for. The pool area with the barbecue has everything to not need to leave there, heated pool for cooler days, shadows to protect yourself from heat, spacious barbecue and plenty of cookware and barbecue so you don't have to leave there. In addition, the space is well reserved without much noise or people passing by, a beautiful view, inside the application delivery area and close to the market/bakery. The owner always responding quickly, and proving to be available to remove any doubts or to help with what was necessary.

Cesar was a great host. We spent some very pleasant days at the house, super quiet and close to nature, the only noise we heard was from cicadas and frogs at night. The house is just like the photos, we were able to enjoy the hydro and the pool. The hydro was well used, as it rained during our stay. One point is that it takes a while to warm up and fill, but everything was informed in advance by Cesar so we were aware and oriented about it. Cesar was flexible at check-in/out and very helpful throughout the stay and gave directions to a grocery store that delivered to the location, in the end we did not need to use it, but it gave us peace of mind to know that we could call. In addition, I thank you for your hospitality, our stay was very good and I recommend the place and would definitely come back!
