Jennifer's home is adorable and in the perfect location. Everyone in the area was so nice!

This was a peaceful and convenient stay for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The kitchen was functional for our nearly weeklong stay. The host provided a decent variety of pots/pans and cooking utensils that made meal prep easy. For longer stays, I recommend requesting additional trash bags, cleaning supplies, and paper towels ahead of time. The water pressure and temperature for showering was outstanding. The toiletries will cover your basic shower needs. The bathroom light’s chain requires gentle finagling to turn on and off, so treat it with care. Keep in mind that since the home is a bit older, the windows and walls are not as soundproof or secure as newer homes. Regardless, this wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem to know each other well, which made it feel very safe and community-oriented.

The beach house is perfect. The attention to detail and amenities are well above average. We have visited for several years and nothing changes, which is perfect. The location is amazing. You can never run out of amazing places to walk to!

We loved our stay here! It was cozy and perfect, would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable, off street parking was convenient, excellent location, full kitchen to cook anything you need, and a bonus outdoor tub which was unique. Phillip was an excellent host and we left with very happy memories. Thank you again!

Jeremy’s place was great for a weekend getaway with a few friends! The location was great, plenty of parking and space to spread out inside the house and in the backyard. The koi pond was lovely and relaxing, I felt like I was at a spa! Jeremy was very responsive and answered our questions ahead of time. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, with oil and spices available. We walked to Verve coffee multiple times and it was easy to get to Capitola and Santa Cruz. It was a comfortable spot and a lovely stay!

Sita’s space was so quiet, cozy and relaxing. We happened to be there on a few colder nights and the small heater kept the space very warm. Not to mention the hot tub was such a nice touch - and was clearly cleaned before each guest. For surfers - this is a dream. It’s so nice to be able to walk to all the Capitola breaks, not have to worry about parking and come back to a hot outdoor shower! Hope to come back soon!

We didn’t actually meet Luke, but we met his Dad, and he was very helpful and sweet. We were there for Christmas. They had decorated the house with lights, which made it easier to find when we arrived in the middle of the night. There were Christmasy placemats and a vase of fresh flowers on the dining room table. Just lots of little details that made this house feel like a home.

Very cute home enjoyed area very walkable, quiet town with great places to visit & stores near by. Comfortable beds, nice fireplace. Place to park in small driveway next to house. Safe neighborhood, close to Seacliff with beautiful sunsets. Nice delis & restaurants near by, I loved the hometown feel. Very close to highway.

Clean, cozy, and fit the bill for our weekend getaway! Our dog enjoyed her stay as well.
