Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Beach

What a gorgeous place! The view is phenomenal! Bill was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Bill invited my 9 year old to help feed the fish in the mornings, which was awesome. The house was nice and clean as described. There was fresh fruit in a basket, as well as a platter of cut up fruit waiting for us when we got there. Bill had a bunch of things you can use at the beaches…. Chairs, coolers, snorkels, you name it he thought of it. It was a pleasure to stay there!

This house is the perfect location if you want to be right on the water. Perfect place to just lounge by the water, kayak, swim, etc. It's a rare gem and recommend it completely. Nino was a great host, very fast to respond to any of our questions. The bar across the street can get a bit loud on karaoke nights, but it ends around 11pm. Then you have the days to relax in silence. The locals like to hang out on the dock, but everyone is super nice and a great way to meet the locals.

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay if you like to enjoy the sound of the beach, if you want access in less than 2 seconds to a nice beach, this place is super nice to stay.🌊🌊🌊

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's beach house. The place is exactly as described. We often times had the beach completely to ourselves during the week. On the weekends locals would come to the beach with their families. Locals also brought their horses to the ocean to ride/swim, our boys loved watching them! Everyone was very friendly towards us and we made a few new friends! There is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street called Hoy Como Ayer that is definitely worth a visit. If you stay at this property do know you will be located on a main road that is very busy with fast moving vehicles. We were very happy for the fence around this property to keep our little boys safe. Overall we really enjoyed Carlos's house and would gladly stay again. Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

the place was perfect for my wife and i..everything we needed was in the studio.nice peaceful spot.waterfront was awesome..the Thursday nights festivals downtown rincon are live..the vw bus coffee spot(daily dose) have the best ice coffee.the local beaches are very nice . host was quick to respond with answers and suggestions. will definitely come back...we loved it...

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

This little villa is a perfect getaway spot for 2. Has everything you need plus a super comfortable bed. Pool and beach access only a stones throw away

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

Christopher was friendly and kept communication with us all the time. This place is very peaceful and you can appreciate all the nature there. The view is amazing! We ate at the balcony watching the sunset. We definitely would come back to his place again!

Clean, cozy villa feet from the beach. The villa matched the description and check-in was simple and flexible.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

This was our second time staying at beautiful Romantico del Mar and we can't wait to return! The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and we loved starting each day with coffee while listening to the waves. You can walk for miles on the beach and it is magical, especially at sunset. We think the location is ideal - close to Rincon, Aguada and Aquadilla and many beaches and great restaurants. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked with necessary amenities (with the exception of a grill or oven for those who like to do a little cooking). Michael and Alexandra are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. We highly recommend this place to any couple looking for some relaxation, sun and beach time!

We like everything about James place! He was a very responsive and helpful host. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. But there are so many restaurants near by that we ate out a lot. Love the pool and private beach! We would love to return next year.

Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

Villa Taína is a beautiful gated community that feels safe and welcoming. The cabin location is very convenient as the parking is right in front of the cabin, and a private beach is only a few steps away. The cabin had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and many board games to choose from for a family night. The double kayak at the cabin is a plus! Maria and Daniel were very responsive, professional, and kind. They ensured our stay met our expectations. I recommend staying at Maria’s place!

The seaside cottage was absolutely beautiful! Kathleen was super efficient and a fabulous host. I hope to return to this piece of paradise asap!

The place was great and had everything we needed, outside area was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. Laura was very prompt with responses. Electricity went out for a bit which can happen on this side of the island and the generator turned it right back on. It should be noted regarding Verizon service that it isn’t the greatest service out there so just be mindful regarding putting in directions as soon as you can while you have service or while you have the Wi-Fi at the house. However it is also nice to disconnect from reality! The only thing we wished was that we were notified ahead of time that someone does come by to feed the cats daily, just for future reference but the cats were very friendly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Places to visit: Crash boat beach Survival beach - get the ceviche ! Gozlandia waterfalls - visit both waterfalls

My husband and I loved Luis place, His place was exactly how he described. The cottage was impecable, with a beautiful view, we loved to have a drink at the porch surrounded by the garden and sound of the ocean. Luis also recommended places to visit and restaurants..We definitely come back to Luis place.
