Tim’s place was just what my fiancé and I needed. We brought our two dogs as well and Tim was very welcoming to that! We loved the HotTub and the nice cozy atmosphere. We would love to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Great place, host is amazingly helpful and responsive. House was clean and our kids loved the childrens books in the bedroom. One thing to note for winter visitors who do not drive vehicles well suited for winter weather: the house is up a hill that is steeper than it may seem on the map. This is clearly not an issue for the locals and would not be an issue for anyone in warmer weather.

Kelly’s home was cozy and spacious for our group to enjoy our annual ski trip tradition at Sugarloaf. The proximity to the mountain was fantastic. The basement space created a fun group atmosphere for the entire trip. Highly recommend!

Great spot for weekend getaway to ski or other outdoor recreation. Kitchen was well stocked, forget salt and pepper they had a full spice drawer! Thanks Kyle!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Exactly as described down to the cattle visible from the front window. Cozy place with great light and comfortable beds, roughly between Saddleback and Sugarloaf. If you value peace and quiet in a beautiful setting for a great price, this place is perfect. One note, per the listing there is no TV so you'll be relying on your 2nd screens unless your bring your own.

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

We were happy we could spend time at this beautiful campground in the winter. We had snow which made it a classic New England winter wonderland. Our dogs loved this space. Mike provided dog blankets to cover the furniture . We brought our own as well. There is a loft with tennis gel beds and additional fold out single mattress. The campgrounds were quite icy but the dogs enjoyed leash walks around the property. I will be reserving a tent site here when I visit my daughter and her wife here this summer.

Amazing location for skiing at Sunday River, a true ski in ski out. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Our family and friend group of 10 had an amazing stay at Jessica’s property. Being right near downtown Bethel, and a 15 minute drive to Sunday River was the ideal location. The house was amazing in all regards, and there is something for everyone! The hit tub and sauna were in high demand by all, and the full basement with game room made for fun nights by teens and adults! Our trip had a few twists and turns (due to the weather!!), but Jessica was always there to be a helpful host. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend Jessica’s property for any large family groups heading to the Sunday River area!

This is a good place, a house that is part of a motel. The rooms are of a very good size and everything is clean and modern.

Lisa and Jonathan’s chalet has gorgeous views and feels warm and cozy. We loved it and hope to return someday!

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

The accommodation was perfect for our ski trip to Mt Abram and Sunday RIver. The host was responsive and flexible and helped with any requirements we had, including bringing a little dog. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful getaway stay, as the view was fantastic and the location very quiet.

Kent has created an incredible slice of island paradise here. He is generous with his time and knowledge. He made us feel very welcome and met us with exactly what we needed for our weekend. We stayed at the NaughtyDog island and chose to canoe to and from. It was a peaceful and unique adventure that I’d recommend to anyone.

The cabin is peaceful, quiet, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. The snowmobile trail right next to the house is groomed by the local club, giving easy access to the ITS—yet it’s not a main thoroughfare, so you rarely hear any sleds go by. My wife and I spent four nights here, and it truly felt like our own cozy retreat. The space is comfortable, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you’re looking to snowmobile, explore the area, or just relax by the fire, this place is amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at Jeffery's cabin! It's beautiful, in a secluded and private location! We watched deer cross the driveway. We enjoyed snowmobiling right from the cabin. Everything you need to make meals and an awesome jetted tub to relax in! We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

A perfect little place for a quiet getaway. Our goal was to get away from work and spend time together without screens. Peter and Deborah were wonderful hosts that made us feel at home. Our dogs loved romping around in the woods out back during our stay. We turned off our phones for the weekend and were perfectly cozy reading, playing games, and making art. We went into Farmington for a little while and loved walking through downtown and both of the book stores.

We loved this place for our ski trip to sugarloaf! Even if the lifts were on hold we were not bored just hanging playing games at the cabin. Thanks guys!

This was the perfect get away! We skied at Sunday River and had dinner in Bethel and it was 15 minutes to the mountain and 15 minutes to downtown. The space was cute, clean, private, and cozy. Highly recommend!!

This was the fourth time I have come up to Jayne's to get away from it all. No wifi or cable is what I like best. If you are looking for a peaceful digital detox this place is perfect. I hope to come back in the summer sometime. I will definitely be back next February.
