Polly’s chalet was amazing for a birthday weekend away! The house is perfect distance from the mountain and all the delicious restaurants. Polly was a great host and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The hot tub after a cold day was cherry on top, will definitely be back!

2nd time staying here for a guys ski weekend! everyone was stoked to stay here again! it is in great proximity to sunday river and 2 doors down from the matterhorn ski bar! hot tub was awesome and the ping pong table in the basement was fun! we did alot of cooking at the house and the kitchen and dinning room where very spacious! we all loved that log cabin feel and being in the mountains!

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

Had a great stay Deb's place in Andover. Plenty of space for our group of 3. The hot tub was perfect after two days of skiing and hiking. We also enjoyed getting takeout from Mills Market. Deb is a very friendly host and we had a great stay.

If you like the outdoors, seasonal activities and have several guest, then this is the place for you! The kitchen is restaurant quality and well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The property has plenty of amenities, games and the fire place and hot tub gives you a resort vibe - overall a great experience.

Kathy’s place is warm and welcoming and very clean!! Our family of 7 had a great stay there and got to Mt. Abram’s every morning for ski lessons. The hot tub is amazing and has beautiful peaceful views. Kathy is super responsive and generous. We will definitely be back!

Our group had an amazing weekend staying at Christopher’s place in Bethel. The place was spacious, clean, had lots of entertainment options, and was exactly as advertised. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the Bethel/Newry area.

What a great place to stay for our family ski vacation! The “Jackalope” was a warm, cozy and comfortable house in the wintery northern woods of Maine. Our family loved the location for skiing at Sunday River and coming back to the home to relax, warm up and talk about our adventures from the day. The amenities were perfect for our family and the private location was exactly what we were looking for. David and Nathan are very responsive and have fantastic place to make memories.

Kent has created an incredible slice of island paradise here. He is generous with his time and knowledge. He made us feel very welcome and met us with exactly what we needed for our weekend. We stayed at the NaughtyDog island and chose to canoe to and from. It was a peaceful and unique adventure that I’d recommend to anyone.

We have rented this adorable log cabin many times and look forward to our next visit! The host is very responsive and friendly and we can not recommend this lovely stay enough.

What a beautiful location! David is a great host. He made sure we had good directions, tips for the area, and was quick to answer any questions. The lakeside cabin has absolutely everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The view of the lake is spectacular. The cabin is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and Echo lake is a gorgeous pristine lake. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the dock. We swam, kayaked, canoed and even tried out the paddle boards that came with the house. We would love to come back! Thanks!

We enjoyed staying at the Cape Ann Ranch while we spent a weekend skiing at Sunday River. Barry was very accommodating and let us arrive a little earlier than expected due to an incoming snowstorm that change our plans a bit. We had a great long weekend in Bethel.

Hope and Lloyd’s cottage was a wonderful getaway - a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We loved being able to walk out the door and enjoy peaceful long walks with our dog along the many trails - we especially appreciated the hand drawn map of the area as our guide. Can’t wait to return and explore more!

The getaway was absolutely perfect with everything we needed to keep our kids amused during downtime and super close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views, the house had everything we could possibly think of to need

What a treat it was to stay on North Pond! The camp was fantastic- comfortable, amazing location with views of the lake from most of the windows, peaceful and fun, and had great amenities. Holly was a great host- very responsive and kind. Hiking to Buck's Ledge, swimming and kayaking/canoing were all popular. Falling asleep to loons and waking up to fog on the lake. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting on the lake with a modern, updated home complete with so many thoughtful amenities and touches - would love to return!! Spectacular sunsets and a private dock, too - did some late summer fishing on the Kennebago and the Magalloway - spectacular!

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

We had a fantastic stay even with a power outage that impacted the entire Sunday River area. Hosts kept us updated and in the loop. This is a terrific ski in/ski out condo. With 2 children it’s great having the extra beds. You can pay a lot more for a lot less. We also love coming “home” for lunch during the day. It beats trying to find a table in the lodge! Amenities were great. I would say bring extra towels for the pool. Some condo communities provide them but this one does not. Overall a clean and cozy condo, highly recommend this place for a ski vacation.

Great spot, would rent again!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

We had a great time at Molly's place! The condo was warm and cozy with a good working kitchen, good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. It has a nice-sized fireplace with a wood shed right next door. I thought it would be too hot for a fire, but we turned off the family room heater and it was perfect. You cannot get a better location if you came to ski. The front door is a two minute walk to the chair lift and there are outdoor lockers for your skis so you don't need to bring the snow into the condo. I had a few communications with Molly about changing our dates and questions when we arrived and she got back to us right away. I hesitated to write this good a review for fear it won't be available next time I want to book it!

No frills but perfect for what we needed. Easy ski in and ski out. Kitchen is a bit tight and very little cooking stuff but otherwise comfortable and great for a ski weekend
