Monthly Rentals in Sandwich

This lovely cottage in a quiet Sandwich neighborhood served as our homebase as we explored Cape Cod and further afield. The kitchen was well-equipped, keyless entry was easy and we had a great time relaxing here after a long day of sightseeing. Frannie and Americo were proactive in their communications and provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

I’ve rented many, many homes over the years and hands down Ian and Ashley were clearly the most receptive hosts EVER!! They went way above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The house was spotless, the kitchen fully appointed with new pots, pans etc. and the beds very comfortable! The pond was really nice and perfect for a family with children. We especially enjoyed the fire pit on a couple of cool fall evenings. Thanks for everything!

Hidden gem! In a quiet neighborhood just down the street to the beautiful sagamore beach. My dog loved the place the most with the large yard and special touches for dogs. Hosts were communicative when needed. Note: bring your own hair dryer.

We were very pleased with our stay at Joanne’s cottage. The cottage was cozy but spacious enough that we’re comfortable with our two large dogs. We stayed during the winter storm and there was no need for sweater inside. We were welcome with a delicious homemade cake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space had all the essentials for a quick breakfast.
