House vacation rentals in Sanchez

Marte's family house is a great place to spend the weekend and or any type of holiday. the house is spacious, and well ventilated, lots of light, the house is not too big, but perfect for 10-12 people. the pool is a great plus, to relax and to cool off. i really recommend this place for family and or friends. recommend, and 5 stars!

It was a good stay, in the town of Las Terrenas, has Las Ballenas beach just in front of the alley where you get to the house/residence, as well as a lot of places nearby. I didn’t like very much that it’s not a street, but an alley. Overall, a good option for 6 or less people, for the price and quality of the house. :)

Excellent stay, the house is super spacious and just as in the photos, cold 10/10. The only thing that is recommended is that you read in pdf that he sends you so that you do not take any surprises. But it's definitely a 5 star stay

The Villa is BEAUTIFUL just like the photos but even better in person. Richard was great and so was Upu…Upu was excellent. My family and I had a great time, looking forward to returning.

It was a weekend with my friends, we had a great time. The house is beautiful and is very private. Super close to restaurants and beach area. Jennifer was super responsive and flexible. And the truth is we were treated super well. I hope to come back soon

Everything was great,from the villa to the location. Very close to the beach. 3 minutes walk to Playa Bonita. The villa is very nice and large. Very nice host. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful new house well equipped, very nice private pool. The mattresses are comfortable with good bedding, plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Katrin is an amazing host, very involved with a great desire to help. She was able to answer all our questions and super fast, thank you very much. The house is in the countryside but only a few minutes from the town and its beautiful beaches. Have often waited for dogs to bark because in the Dominican Republic it has a canine overcrowding, but not enough for not having enjoyed our trip.

Perla was an amazing host!!! Could give her more than 5 stars. Aside from helping us out to navigate the area, she also helped us find activities, assist with set ups such as the romantic beach dinner, room decorating she was amazing. Anytime there was a question or some type of assistance needed she was always there to assist. The villa looks as beautiful as the photos!!! It was super peaceful, so private, so welcoming and clean. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it to others I know !

Don’s place is a must. Between the outstanding hospitality they will provide and the beauty of the place you have everything you need for a quiet and enjoyable vacation.

Jennifer's place is beautifully designed and cozy at the same time. We felt right at home and loved sitting outside by the pool, listening to nature sounds. Dora prepared delicious meals and was wonderful to be around. As a host, Jennifer is very responsive and gave us a lot of local tips. Would definitely stay here again should I visit El Limon again!

This is my second stay at Mirazul. absolutely wonderful stay with a stunning panoramic view of Las Terranas. The accommodations with Gesner was top notch. This stay is definitely one of my top 5 places. Thanks again Joseph and Gesner you guys were awesome.

Amber was very responsive and helpful during our week's stay, making recommendations for t tour guides and answering any questions. The villa was lovely, steps to a pool and very peaceful. Ideal for families with teens, who got the downstairs bedroom. The complex was very safe and secure.

Rick is excellent host, taking care of his hosts. Very responsive and kind. We had Little issue with air conditionned and we had his man to repair it very quickly. The place is very nice, in a very peaceful area close to everything in LT and I can say it as we be been in a few places around already ! We’ll be back !

a magnificent place to spend days with family. everything very correct, if I can contribute something constructive it would be to renovate little the kitchen material like pots and pans, blender . usually great the whole stay. great location, wonderful garden with a nice pool.

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

This was a very last minute booking, I needed space for 11 family members closer to the beach and Monica’s house delivered just what I needed. My family enjoyed the patio space as well as the pool very much. We felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach and stores. Short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend this rental unit for large parties. Monica and Aracelis were attentive and responsive to all messages and inquires.

Always perfect. We have stayed at Humberto’s place before and it is always an amazing time. Truly special. One of the things that impresses me the most is over the years the experience is so consistent. The maintenance of the house is excellent. The beach couldn’t be more beautiful. The food is out of this world. The surrounding natural beauty is stunning. If I could give six stars I would.

If you want a place that goes above and beyond your expectations, you go to Olga’s and Elliott’s. If you want people who are extremely easy to communicate with and will do anything within their possibilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you go to Olga’s and Elliott’s. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hector’s Villa, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. We had a a change of arrival time which he accommodated in a heartbeat. The space itself was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need—extra towels, a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, tucked away in a gated community but still close to all the tourist attractions. There are three restaurants on site with lots of menu choices, basketball, tennis, pool room, kids room, lounge area, bars and an amazing infinity pool overlooking the water. The view from his place is amazing! Communication with Hector was seamless throughout my stay. He was quick to respond and provided fantastic tips for local activities. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Samana. 10 out of 10

Incredible place. If you arrive here, you’re lucky. Incredible host, stunning property. The outdoor shower and the hammock on the porch were my favorite part.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place. The walk to the beach is short, with a beautiful boardwalk. Lots of security on the community so we felt really safe. The pool was clean and very spacious.
