Jessica's communication was great. She was helpful with anything I needed. Check in was a breeze. Room was basic, but affordable. I pretty much just slept while I was there, but people seemed to be having a fun time in the back where the restaurant and bar were, but it didn't affect my sleeping.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Great little apartment, right in the heart of Sayulita. A great deal! Wonderful and kind hosts.

Those who attended were very friendly Juan Carlos and Reyna, I liked that everything was very clean and very attentive. Only that the beach was not what I expected, a lot of stone

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Casa Candra is “Boutique Hotel” at its best. Our room was spacious and modern with a large bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. Our balcony/terrace overlooking one of the two pools was architecturally and rustically suited to a Jungle setting while housed within the pueblo Magico. Cesar and Sharis are the best of hosts and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Casa Candra is a gem in a quiet area - I highly recommend!

Close to everything if you just want to rest and be close to the heart of Sayulita is what you are looking for without thinking more.

Amazing place, beautiful view, clean, friendly staff, easy check-in. A few quick notes: - Sayulita is loud, always music and parties. While this hotel is quiet and great for the family, you can hear the city, most of the night. - It's a bit of a walk down some pretty steep stairs to get into town. Parking in town sucks, and driving to the hotel involves some steep roads. Par for the course for Sayulita. Just awareness. - Open design to the kitchen / living space, could be a problem in bug season. Beautiful otherwise! Only real con: living area could have stood to have had a more comfortable chair or lounger. But you can go down to the pool area to lounge. Or your bed. We were able to relax. All in all, this place is a rustic gem. Love it.

Great place , but they charged us some extra fees for bringing friend over for a night..

Excellent location, friendly staff, super clean room and pool deck area. Housekeeping was the best I’ve ever had. Would stay again! Noise from the street was a minor irritant since nobody has a muffler. They can’t help that obviously and it was overall a very pleasant stay but being it is the first floor just keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper or have kids.

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, nice shower, clean and good location. Definitely recommended.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's right in the heart of the action, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. The place itself is really cozy and comfortable. The terrace is especially amazing, with stunning sunset views. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.

What an amazing place to stay in Sayulita! The location was very quiet and only about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the town. The place was clean and is clearly well taken care of. The suite was private, gated and the pool was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and friendly to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent house

Liz was very friendly, we arrived at night and welcomed us smoothly. The house was very nice, very clean with air conditioning and the very full bathroom had everything we needed. We'd stay there again.

it is a very nice space and it is very close to the main avenue of town where you can get what you need for cooking or good restaurants.

Annette's apartment is great. It's actually better than described. Barely a block from the beautiful beach. Walking distance to great cafes and shops. Spotlessly clean and well stocked kitchen with all the pots you could need to make food at home. There are so many good restaurants in the town, you don't need to cook at home but sometimes it's nice to have a quiet night. Annette's place is so cute and cozy, that it's a great place to hang out if you just feel like a quiet evening at home. Great roof top seating area with a hammock and clothes line to dry your beach stuff. I stay in a lot of air bnb apartments globally and Annette's will go on "the list" which for me means that I will return again and again. Thanks Annette. See you next time.
