Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pancho

Everything is very nice, the excellent amenities, close to the beach, a lot of privacy and very comfortable…!

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

A great location since from any of the pools (heated) you can appreciate the beauty of the sea. The room smells delicious, the quilt and the impeccable linens with a clean smell that made me feel a lot of confidence in cleanliness issues. Fully functional, equipped to have a great vacation. Highly recommended.

A beautiful property to spend a week. We loved lounging by the pool and yard. Carine (Dean and Brad) were super responsive and helped with little things we needed to make our stay fabulous. We love this town so much and the location was perfect to quickly get to the beach and our favourite taco spots. We can’t wait to stay again

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

It was ideal for us. Wonderful views and the best service with a smile ever. Uber driver left without letting us know he’d arrived and Rosie took us to the airport. We can’t say enough about how wonderful she is

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Pamela’s place was a great place to spend our 4 days in Guayabitos with our family. The beach is a short two minute walk from the back gate and the kids loved jumping in the pool everyday! The house was big enough for our family of 5 and another family of 5 plus two additional adults. Gemma was responsive and brought extra towels the next day once they were ready from the laundromat and answered any questions I had. Central Guyabitos is a 20 minute walk but if you have kids I recommend getting a taxi, Gemma can help with recommendations as well! WiFi and the central air units in each room were nice also! The home could use a little updating and fixes on some minuscule things but overall great stay!

This house was absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful. It has a wonderful pool with ocean views and it’s a quick walk down to the beach from the property. There is direct beach access. The house is stocked with everything you need. Melissa was an amazing host. She helped us with many things. It was very communicative and wanted to make sure that our day was wonderful. We went for my dad’s 71st birthday. We had a group of six adults and five kids. We rented this house and one other house on the property. Plenty of room for all. We would go back in a heartbeat.

an excellent stay, honestly everything was perfect from the house. Unfortunately we were touched by rain but that is foreign to the comfort of the house. Excellent, I plan to return. I recommend going to the beach that is on the left side looking towards the beach, it is a 15 minute trail, it is very nice. I also recommend the breakfast in Rosita 1 that is a few minutes walk. they ask for the ranchera meat. 🍖

This was our second time staying at this house. The location is perfect as the north end tends to stay a little quieter than being in the center of town. The location is great as it is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Love that there is a pool and being right on the beach is a big plus. The house is has all that you need for a nice relaxing vacation!

We loved the apartment and Jill was a fabulous and responsive host. Situated at the end of a dead end street, there was very little traffic noise, but still just a few blocks from the beach and lots of restaurant options. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best pans and knives I’ve ever had in an Air BnB unit. Impeccably clean when we arrived with a light cleaning service again half way through our stay. We also loved how the apartment opened up to the outside. The large sliding doors in every room and wrap around balcony made it both an exciting and very livable space. Two couples fit in nicely with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood seemed very safe and security in the building was tight. The pool on the roof was also great, with nice views, a grill and tables if you want to prepare and serve a meal up there. We definitely hope to stay in this unit again!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

The whole stay was phenomenal. The property is beautiful. Pools, restaurant, beach, location, everything couldn’t have been better. We travelled with 2 other couples who had different condos in the same tower, ours was by far the best. The balcony is so large and about 3x’s the size of what our friends had. And our host… was the most responsive out of all of us. Great vacation, great property, great experience!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

Clean condo, beautiful pools, great beach, amazing views, everything you need is available in the condo, including laundry facilities and water cooler with hot/cold water. Peter is an Excellent host; always responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PVR and at Peter’s condo. Harbor 171 is centrally located. Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning common areas. The only issue we experienced was the road to the complex is unpaved and lacks appropriate lighting, due to continuing construction projects. Ubers are plentiful, quick and safe. We are Very Happy with choosing Peter’s condo at Harbor 171.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
