Vacation rentals in San Michele dei Mucchietti

I wish I had words for the beauty of this place. I wish we had another week there atleast. We felt so welcomed when we arrived with dinner set up for us. The only difficulty was in getting to the home. The drive up is a bit challenging. We ended up using a taxi service most of the time. We catered a delicious dinner by Gessica one night. We tried to have a pizza day but rain got in the way. Communication was excellent! The home was very comfortable and those views will never be forgotten!

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

House in a great location for access to the slopes and other activities and shops. Clean,comfortable and warm house. I would not hesitate to book the apartment for a new stay in the area. Thank you

We stayed here for two weeks. It was myself, my wife, a 5 year old and twin 3 month olds. The accommodation was more than comfortable for all of us. Monica was a perfect host before and during our stay. We were greeted by her upon arrival and provided with an extensive document outlining all of the house recommendations, property amenities and local activities such as hiking and other excursions. The property is a little slice of heaven and we spent most of our nice days with some hiking followed by relaxing and playing by the shared bbq area which in our opinion had the best view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Monica was very responsive to all of our questions and requests during our stay. The pool was closed but we used the hot tub twice, which was very relaxing. The local restaurant in Sillico is less than a 5 minute walk and has great rustic Tuscan food with local ingredients. Thanks for an excellent experience we endeavour to come back hopefully next time in the summer!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Simone's house is ! We came for one night on our way from France to Rome. We discovered this absolute pearl than Viano is, got a very peaceful stay and the most Italian warm welcome at the local restaurant... Truly amazing place ! We highly recommend !

Mirsie is a wonderful host! It's been a pleasure staying with her. The whole apartment was beautiful and spotless. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space, beautiful plants. The apartment was warm and quiet. Mirsie welcomed us to the apartment and recommended several places in Bologna. Contacting her was seamless. Mirsie - you are great, we wish you all the best! If we ever come to Bologna again, we'd love to stay with you :)

The apartment is small and cute, it is right on a beautiful place with the possibility to take an aperitivo in many small bars. You can enjoy the student flair near the main attractions. Location was perfect for us! The only drawback is that it is a little clairvoyant in the hallway. The host is very accommodating :)
