I had a great birthday celebration at Surfstar. and Ms Lilibeth was very clear with every instruction. The place is very clean, aesthetic, and the KUBO during sunset is superb! 🙌🏻 Perf spot to eat, hang out, relaxed when you’re done swimming. It’s also walkable to the famous restaurant in La Union. 🤌🏻 And the Airbnb spot is not crowded so you’ll definitely be able to take a lot of pictures. We’ll come back again for sure. 🤍

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The location couldn't be better - steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a perfect beach getaway. Lilibeth was also so nice, warm, and accommodating. We will definitely be back 😊

Our recent stay was truly exceptional! The beachfront location provided breathtaking ocean views and immediate access to the pristine shores, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers. The property was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. From the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy bed spaces. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had.

Price of the accommodation was reasonable considering it’s beachfront which is a great plus.

We spent our first wedding anniversary at Surfstar Elyu, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Ate Jharah, who explained the amenities. Our bedroom was cozy, especially the bed—we think it has a magnet because it was so hard to leave! Haha. The comfort room was superb, and the bath and body soap smelled so good! As soon as we entered the room, we were welcomed by a relaxing fragrance that set the mood for chilling. What we loved the most was the "kubo"—super worth it for us! We had chill vibes, played games, enjoyed food trips, and had endless chit-chats. I also loved playing my music since they had speakers in the kubo! The location was great, near most of the recommended food spots in Elyu. It was really hard to leave that place. We will definitely come back! Oh, and by the way, the cheese bread was absolutely delicious! Not a single day passed without us eating it. Haha.

We had fun staying at Dr. Neil's place. The room was clean and spacious, and had appliances and furniture that made our long-term stay more comfortable. Tita Marge and the rest of the family is helpful and friendly. The location is peaceful and away from the loud and crowded parts of the beach. I also love that there are other areas you can stay in. I love spending my mornings in the bar area to watch the beach. There is also a co-working space where you can get a glimpse of the beach. The internet at that time is not stable enough to use for work, so we bought a pocket wifi. Anyway, I love the place and we will definitely come back here. Thank you Dr. Neil and family!

The location is ideal—close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful retreat. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also, I suggest for anyone who will stay to bring your own water bottle cause they have water dispenser, it will save you money :) but if none there's glasses plates and silvers available too.

The perfect view and location in La Union. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in LU after our stay here. We had a minor mishap in the amenities upon check in but the response time to fix it was just as fast (if not quicker) as a hotel service. We felt like we were in VIP section of the sunset viewing every afternoon! Perfect place to relax and read a book. Definitely going back!

Surfstar has the best beach location in San Juan, the best surf spot is at your doorstep. If this was not enough, it is also the coolest and best decorated place. Lilibeth is an amazing host and loves to really get to know her guests - she has great taste and will give you the best tips. Definitively the place to return to in San Juan! Surfstar is worth it! The stay prioritizes a peaceful, restful sleep rather than being at the center of the party, which for me, is a priority.

I booked a room for 3 nights at SurfStar the morning of my arrival as a last minute decision due to plumbing issues at my family’s home 30 min away. Lillibeth was very responsive to my questions. The co-owner, Lemon, greeted me on my arrival and made me feel at home. The place was clean and quiet. I loved relaxing on the bamboo deck watching the surfers and listening to the waves. I even booked surfing lessons for the two mornings I was there through Lemon’s surf school and Ramil was a phenomenal coach! Lemon checked on me each evening to see how I was doing which I appreciated very much. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back!

Staying at Jeffrey's place was worth it. Good thing they allowed us to drop off our luggage since we arrive earlier than our check in time. The place is clean and smells like home. Malapit sa lahat ng famous spots sa elyu and beach front na rin which made everything easy for us. 10/10
