The two bedrooms was very handy. Price was very reasonable and aircon in bedroom worked well. Having two full bathrooms was nice. Overall, a very nice place for short or long term. Highly recommend.

The interior was aesthetically pleasing and provided plenty of space on the first floor and each room was presented clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The house is located in a safe environment allowing us to walk around. It included a small playground being beneficial to our kids. However we did encounter some slight issues with the water supply being a bit weak and the wifi was quite slow at first and the TV having issues with connection. However, the house owners were very helpful and accommodating giving us a large selection of movies to watch sourced from a USB. Overall, highly recommended.

Our stay in this place was excellent . The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortabl. The host was responsive and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The place is good but its hard to communicate with the owner who is in a different country. He doesnt have a staff that can assist me a the time of my check in. The check in instructions are only where I can get the key of the unit. I am a small person, there should be a consideration on not to put keys on a high place. I cant even use the chair to use as a stand since its not stable. Not very clear check in instructions

We had a wonderful stay at Balai Mabini! The owner was easy to talk to, accomodating and very generous in granting our requests. Our trip to the North was only 3hrs from Skyway. From reservation, payment, check-in and check-out…everything was seamless! Their place was spotless boasting with modern amenities and appliances, btw we loved the smart toilet! :) We felt at home from the moment we self checked-in. The location is in a safe neighborhood, with restaurants, malls and convenience stores nearby, some just walkable. If you’re looking for a safe, relaxing and modern villa near Manila, Balai Mabini is a perfect haven! <3 Thank you so much po, Sir Mark!

The hosts are accommodating. The house is very convenient to a lot of places making our plans successful. The house has washer so we were able to wash our clothes before our flight, it was such a plus. Very thankful to the hosts and I am glad I picked the right place. I will definitely book with them again.
