Wonderful experience for the accommodation, the area and the weather. The house is equipped with all amenities and allowed us an impeccable stay. The access instructions were clear and we immediately found the place and the entrance. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio were friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. Beautiful relaxing location a little off the beaten path. Views are amazing and the place is very comfortable and clean.

It was located close to a beautiful lake, so it was nice to take a walk in the morning and evening, and the bedding in the bedroom was clean and there were white sheets, so it was so nice. I had a great vacation in San feliciano
