Fantastic place, great host! This is the go-to spot if you'd like to stay by Sunset Cliffs! So close to the beach and it's a quiet neighborhood. Well definitely stay there again in San Diego.

Had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach. The location is great- it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot and street parking was easy to find in the area. We loved walking around the neighborhood and down to the boardwalk/beach area, and also sitting on the porch in the afternoon enjoying our privacy. Also very convenient to have a Sprouts Market located so close for quick grocery needs. Hector was very prompt and detailed in his communication- couldn't ask for a better host!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

I stayed at Kam's place with 5 other adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great ratio of private indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was super easy. It was nice to have a private parking spot, but also street parking was an option. The place is a 25 minute walk to lots of nice shops and the ocean. There is a Trader Joe's a hop-skip away. I would book again with a group in the future.

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

I truly appreciate the communication and accommodations that were provided by the host. If you want to be within minutes to all locations this is your place.

Benjamin’s place was a 10/10! Beautiful space, just a few minute walk to North Park. Be aware that there is no door/divider between the bath and bedroom in the primary suite. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Kristen’s place was awesome - San Diego / pacific beach area is super fun, beautiful weather. Kristen was responsive and kind.

Nice place an easy walk to the bay beaches and a little longer longer walk or short bus ride to ocean.

one of the best houses i have stayed in. If you can't do stairs it's not the place for you, but other than that it was clean and well stocked! Great area if you are doing Mission beach or Seaworld too!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

We stayed at Jacob’s house for our daughter’s graduation. It was a good location and plenty of space to spread out. The apartment/condo was as advertised in the listing

We had a great stay here! We appreciated the alley parking and walkability of the neighborhood. Found some great restaurants in the neighborhood and walked to Balboa Park. Despite being in an urban neighborhood, it was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks!

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

Immediately upon entering the unit you can tell the amount of attention to detail is great to allow guests feel good about their stay. Everything is modern, clean, and tasteful. We had the front unit which allows for your own private fire pit and jacuzzi. Towards the back of the unit there is a backyard yard where you’ll find an outside shower and another Jazuczzi for the other renters. I don’t think there were many others staying in the other units so no issues with noise or privacy. Plus there are blinds all around so if you close them no one hanging out in the back can look in. Checking in and out was essentially automatic, no issues there. Unit comes with all the essentials if you plan on BBQing or cooking. Location is excellent. Just note you won’t have immediate beach acccess because of the large rocks down the street. The steps are currently closed and don’t seem to be currently worked on. Nonetheless you’re a 5 min stroll from soft sand that accessible for the family.

Lovely, clean, and spacious condo in a great location near beaches and restaurants. We particularly loved the rooftop patio! It was the perfect place to sip hot coffee in the morning and relax in the evening after a day at the beach. We also really appreciated the secure, underground parking on site. Brian had a great local restaurant guide and we appreciated the suggestions. Next time we are in town, we would totally be happy to stay here again!
