Beautifull house

Excelente vista. Es muy cómoda . Es una casa cálida , alegre y luminosa . Tiene tres dormitorios, living , comedor + cocina americana . Un baño y un toillette . Jardín , zona de parrilla para asados. Cerca , a 1,5 km hay un centro comercial muy completo Dos playas importantes a dos km. Lago Moreno y Bahia Serena a sólo dos kms. Cerca de restaurantes y muy bien ubicada. A mitad de camino entre el centro y Llao Llao. Garage techado. Transporte público por la puerta.

Antigua House built in 1952 and recycled to new, located in the urban center of San Carlos de bariloche, 5 minutes walk from the shopping and gastronomic center, 15 minutes walk from the civic center, 400 meters from Lake Nahuel Huapi and 200 mts from the stops of all the collectives, buses and means of transport towards the Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, circuit chico ,towards Llao Llao, etc. For antiquity, the temperature of the house is between 18 and 21 degrees.

Both are separated by a few meters but share the main access and parking.
