All very spacious environments, with all amenities and aesthetically impeccable. We will recommend and definitely return to Marta's house. 10 points is little!

Excellent apartment. Very good location since we reached the center on foot but in turn we had the tranquility of the neighborhood where it was located. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable. Ana always predisposed to all my inquiries and was very quick to respond. We appreciate the flexibility you had with us for check-in and check-out times. Having your own parking also gives you more peace of mind that the car is guarded. We loved the stay in it, it gave us a better experience on our trip. Super recommended 😊

Everything was wonderful, our family felt at home every day . A place of tranquility, there was not much noise, in the feelings of safety . A great location for both tours and in the center of the city . Ingrid, a kind, understandable person and was always ready to respond to all messages.

Communication was excellent. Patricia was there at all times, answering any enquiries within 5 minutes. In particular, when we went to a mountain retreat that requires leaving a contact phone for safety, she was always attentive and willing to do whatever we needed. For people who do not have much experience in touring the south, which is a little more rural than other regions of the country, one feels accompanied and cared for, it is very good. As for the apartment, it's just as described. The A/C is good and the heating too, one has a lot of room not to get hot during the day or cold at night. In addition to the location being excellent to be close to the center, one or two blocks from where all the collectives pass, two or three blocks from where the taxis pass, but at the same time have tranquility and a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

A beautiful apartment, with well-established environments, two bathrooms... one general and the other en suite. The kitchen is very nice, dining room with a beautiful view. Grill 10 points and availability to eat outside, too. The truth is, we were very satisfied. It's for a family or friends to relax and be quiet. I would definitely come back

Excellent everything! Very good location of the dpto (front of the lake without a view), the back block is Mitre, central street where you have everything you need nearby. Arman a group where they write you daily to see if you need anything. If you have a problem, they'll work it out right away. I would definitely go again! it was a spectacular stay. Catalina super friendly. The apartment was spotless, it turned out to us bigger than it looked in pictures. all harmonic, beautiful and simple decor. the hyper comfortable bed. highly recommended!!

The great location meters from the main block and close to everything. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host is always ready to solve all doubts, she recommended a very nice beach to go and sent us recommendations on route cuts and detours. I would definitely go back to the same place.

We spent two weeks at Ulises's place and had a fantastic time. Ulises was an amazing host who responded quickly to messages, was very welcoming, gave us plenty of advice for things to do and places to eat and spoke great English. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for two people. The wifi and TV worked well and the kitchen was set up for self catering. The views from the balcony were outstanding. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment that goes to the centre as well as a number of tourist destinations in the opposite direction. Please note: there are about 50 rickety stairs up to the apartment to be aware of if you have any mobility issues.

The dpto is a 10, much nicer than what you see in photos , with thousands of quality details that surpass any luxury hotel and a wonderful view of the lake that makes the trip itself worthwhile. Very spacious and comfortable, it is equipped and furnished with everything you need (nothing is missing and everything that has impeccable) The complex is very nice with quality services (pool, rest, security, etc.). The ideal location because it is close to everything, but with the tranquility of a neighborhood, is a very good option to stay. Finally I want to make a special mention, because I believe without doubt that it makes the difference, to the attention of Andrés and Andrea, from the Bienvenida with special details until the end of the stay, always super attentive to any need. We were greeted with homemade jam and similar details, they have a warmth that sets them apart. Thank you for the Hospitality, they make one feel very comfortable and want to return. SUPER RECOMMEND.

We had an amazing stay here. The flat was very comfy and homely and the location was fantastic. Easy to catch the bus into town and also to nearby trails. Great access for swimming in the lake too!

Calu’s place totally met our expectations. The place looked like the pictures and Calu went far beyond her duties to advice us. Awesome host!

We were very happy and comfortable with the apartment, if already in the photos it looks nice, in person it is double. It is very equipped in terms of cooking utensils, cleaning and condiments for cooking. They themselves leave you with towels, sheets, conditioner and shampoo which is a comfort too. Very easy to enter the neighborhood, without all very new apartments and from the patiecito have a beautiful view. We definitely return!!!!
