Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Perfect for our family and pet. Amenities were just what we needed, exactly as described and then some. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view is breathtaking. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

We enjoyed our experience in this lovely home. Everyone was very responsive to all of our needs. The location was incredible with area restaurants within walking distance on the walkway by the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The house was really nice. Beautiful outside area with pool, lounging chairs, garden and BBQ, pretty flowers and parking. The kitchen has everything you might need, except for an oven. There is a washing machine and space to hang clothes to dry outside and inside if it rains too. There is a TV in the living room and some board games. There is air conditioning on each bedroom and on the living room. It was very comfortable, felt safe and was quiet too. We really enjoyed our stay, we were a group with little kids and a dog, very family friendly space. Definitely would come back!

Heraina was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! The airbnb was perfect for large groups and comfortably fit my family of 16 Things to keep in mind, the airbnb is a bit out of town so plan to have transportation; we rented atvs which were perfect for getting around

Very nice spacious apartment located very close to a beautiful beach. The city center and its shops are within a 15-minute walk. On the way and waterfront great restaurants. We asked Cristian for information on site who was very responsive.

Everything is very good, the apartment is very close to the beach, spacious, comfortable and with ceiling fans in all areas. Olga and her family were very kind and attentive to us at all times. Highly recommended! Thank you very much Olga!

It is a good place to enjoy and be at peace, as it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Terrenas. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Everything was just perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and is very attentive ❤️

The place was beautiful and very clean, just as it was in the photos. Cèdric is a very friendly person, the instructions from the beginning were clear. Around the place there is a bit of noise, nothing exaggerated and totally understandable because of how often it is in Las Terrenas, but it is very worth it. I had several colmados nearby, restaurants and more. The location is really good. The 10/10 experience, I would go back to this space without thinking twice.

Very clean and private

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Comfortable, private apartment with a balcony terrace with armchairs and plants that give super privacy. king bed, good linens and towels. The beach is just across a narrow street and there is a convenience store just 2 blocks away. The zone is excellent ! thank you so much we will repeat

We had a great stay in the condo near the beach. It’s the third year we’ve been coming to Playa Bonita residences and always stayed in Los Cocos apartments. We will definitely be coming again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Safe quiet location on the best part of the ballenas beach. We rented an ATV for the stay as it is a distance from grocery store and town. But there are several restaurants in short walking distance. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We would rent again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Carmen’s place. It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby and located right across the beach. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Charming place would definitely come back again. Yani the housekeeper is a love, 100% availability at any time. A very quiet and affordable place if you want to stay in the terrains, the neighbors are lovely people, the pool is not so seized by the tenants so you will not have any problems as a matter of agglomeration in common areas. If I would have to put a but it would be the issue of the utensils available, if you are going to try to bring your shamppo and conditioner, also bath soap, kitchen and washing machine; if it is available but not enough. Cozy, very clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back ❤️🇩🇴
