This townhouse was truly a wonderful find, gorgeously finished, well lit and so cozy and homey. The views were epic, especially from the hot tub on the roof, where I got to soak several nights, looking at the stars and seeing the Capitol in the distance. The fireplace is so toasty, and the finishes, especially the large soaking tub, are well thought out, and wonderful. Liza was super responsive, kind and a wonderful host, and I look forward to coming back!

Fantastic house in a great location. The surrounding park is beautiful and the location is incredibly peaceful. The house was great and met our needs perfectly. Two beds and a pull out sofa. Living room and kitchen has everything you’d need. Check in and out was as simple as possible. Enjoyed staying here!

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Natalie's beautiful and roomy place. The house is lovely and very well stocked/ supplied. Natalie even provided a roasting pan in case we should require one during our Thanksgiving celebration there. The home is so pretty, and attention to detail is impressive, such as artfully folded towels. Beds were comfortable and the house is very clean. The location is lovely also. Natalie was very helpful and kind and thoughtful- she's a great host. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Doug's cottage is just lovely - super clean and airy, comfortable, quiet. In mid-February, the lake must have had 20 swans on it, gliding from one side to the other every morning. It was surreal. We loved nearby Annapolis and the US Naval Academy as well. So much to do, even on a cold and rainy weekend.

We had a great stay at Carolyn's place! Five close friends having a reunion (with one newborn)- we enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen had everything we needed and we were especially grateful that they sent someone to shovel after the snow storm. The communication was excellent! I left my coat in the closet and they sent it back as soon as they found it! I highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was great, spacious, clean and located in convenient location. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first trip to DC, and I have to say it was indeed a great one, even though we weren't able to attend the Trump Rally or Inauguration. We were able to visit many museums and sites around the city. The house was perfect for our group. David was very responsive to any silly questions i had, gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The access to the house was easy, great location, walking distance to many stores and Capital, was stocked with all the necessities needed. The uber drivers say this is the place people want to stay. The only thing I wish this house had was access to the main house somewhere for larger groups to gather at night without having to go outside. other than that I give it a 10/10. We are looking forward to returning next year for the Pro-Life March and definitely again in 4 years.

The place was just like they said—absolutely spot on! The house was in awesome condition, and the location was perfect—super easy to get around with public transport. The neighborhood was super quiet and felt really safe. The hosts were amazing—they even handled some Amazon packages for us. We’d stay here again without a doubt!

I loved my stay at this little flat. It was very clean, and there was a french press and electric tea kettle, which was very nice to have as a person who cherishes my coffee made to order. There were little snacks available, coffee, tea, and sweetners. Cari was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable, yet was not intrusive at all. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to walk downtown to the convention center very easily. It was a quick 10 min bus ride back to the flat. I could park my car next to the flat and walk or ride where ever I needed to go. Even an Uber was only like $15 to get to downtown. There is a lovely little eatery called Laos with very good prices and fast service that is only a quick walk away. I would highly recommend this spot. You will love it and feel very comfortable.

We were here for a family event, and this location was perfect. If you need a place to stay near the Capitol, this carriage house can’t be beat. It’s close to the tourist sites, but has the quiet neighborhood vibe that I want to experience when I visit places. Wonderful restaurants were a fairly short walk away. The carriage house has a complete kitchen, which would make this a great extended-stay location. The bed was very comfortable, which is important for someone with a bad back. We loved the history of the place too!

Marissa’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed - plus some. Plenty of clean/comfort space and restrooms for our party of 6. We had such a relaxing, warm stay during a snowy January weekend - even smores! Marissa was always responsive and provided suggestions for shopping and dining in St. Michael’s. It was lovely all the way around! Highly recommend this home and working with these owners. Top notch!

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

Absolutely perfect! Historic home that is just lovely and perfectly updated. We loved the home and all the history of the house was fun to read. Very quiet location and the sunset views were spectacular. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake for family meals. Home was tidy and well thought out. Layout was great with guests having their own baths and spacious for everyone to be together or find a spot for reading/relaxing. We enjoyed the fire places on chilly nights and wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Perfectly decorated home and very comfortable. Was immaculate and one of our fav stays!

Another wonderful stay at Edward’s property in Colonial Beach. We love visiting every summer for a relaxing weekend in our home away from home.
