Very pleased with our stay. Quiet and relaxing place.

We had a lovely weekend. Hosts are responsive and friendly. The accommodation is clean and very functional. There's nothing missing. It is also very spacious. Not overlooked, apart from horses and donkey 😁 Nothing to say, we'll come back if the opportunity arises!

This is a little bit of heaven. If you're looking for somewhere to get away from everything (but still have enough to do), somewhere quiet (but still with lots going on) and somewhere that feels like a world away from stress and fuss (but still with Angoulême 30 minutes' drive away), you've found it. The house is spacious, warm and welcoming. There's everything you need (including a bottle of red when we arrived!) and restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The dock at the back of the house on the river may be the best place ever to enjoy a coffee and watch the ducks or open a bottle in the evening. The best place we've found to de-stress. Love it.
