Monthly Rentals in Saginaw County

We really enjoyed our stay at Maen’s home. We grew up in St. Charles, and now live in Florida. We were back to visit family, and it was so convenient for us. Maen was so responsive to any message that I sent, which I really appreciated. He even responded to a late night text, that I didn’t expect to hear back until morning. His home was exactly as pictured, and very clean. It was well stocked, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, so we were unable to walk the trails, but we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the deer by the pond most evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The stay at Terri's place was wonderful. It was extremely close to highways and all the main stores which made the stay very convenient. He kept the home very clean and made checking in and out easy. Would definitely recommed a stay!

We had an amazing time. Great location, responsive hosts, and clean & cozy place. One thing I did not realize when booking was all the bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. My elderly mother had a little bit of a hard time with this but it was fine. Only mentioning it for anyone else who might book in the future in case ppl can’t deal with stairs easily

The host was very kind and was fast at responding. The house is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The house is nice. Had everything we needed. My only complaint would be maybe get some foam matress topper the beds are very firm. Place is great though. Very nice house. Has a nice washer and dryer. I would stay here again.
