My friends and I take an annual trip to Rye and were delighted when we came across The Old Surgery listing. The beds are very comfortable, it’s a beautiful house with lots of space, and very central. We had a wonderful stay. Steve was very helpful and responsive on messages. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend.

Excellent location and accommodation for enjoying Rye and the locality . So much within walking distance . Lots of options for eating out and in.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Dot Cottage for two nights. A beautifully decorated cottage perfect for a couple and small dog to enjoy the tranquility of Rye. Lots of utensils, bath towels and essentials. Even left milk, tea bags, sugar etc for an easy stay. Great location opposite Knoops (a must) and within easy walking distance of Rye centre, fresh fish market and it's beautiful high street. Lots of dog friendly shops, pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at The Kings Head and a drive to Rye Harbour and Discovery Centre. Great walks for our dog. Overall we had a lovely break.

Highly recommended place to stay. Central location and easy walking distance for all of Rye. Great host with good communication. Would visit again.
