We had a lovely stay check in was easy location was brilliant. Just what we needed for our overnight stay with our grandson. We have booked again. It’s a fair price for the accommodation.

Check in was seamless, location was perfect as was the flat described. Kari and Gordon were fantastic hosts and welcomed us with a welcome basket which was extremely thoughtful. We stayed here whilst visiting family over Christmas. very convenient for us and just next to the Spa shop for supplies. Spacious apartment, and good central heating needed at this time of year.

Jameswood Villa is wonderful. Space, comfortable furnishings (the beds!!), well equipped kitchen and lots of thought around what guests might need, for an enjoyable stay. Cal and Claire put a lot of effort into providing a useful and concise guide to the surrounding area - open spaces, lochs, and town - informed by their extensive firsthand experience. Excellent base for our three day stay and explorations - easy to get to from Glasgow without a car, local bus services convenient to use.

What a beautiful property - the views from the bay windows are even better than they look in the photos. The apartment was clean, the host was wonderfully communicative and there were so many helpful things available in the apartment (from heated drying racks to an air fryer). Only thing I would note is, and not an issue for us, but if you struggle with stairs there is of course a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

Moya was very welcoming, she gave us great advice, great host! We recommend 100%. Moya and Franco were very responsive via message too. We had a very pleasant stay.

Just spent a week at Avondale and I would highly recommend it. The flat was much bigger than we expected, beautifully clean, loads of parking and what a view! Ulrike was easy to contact and very helpful.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Lovely location! Also, loved the simplicity and details of the furniture and furnishings in the property. Emma has made sure that everything of necessity is available during the stay. I would definitely love to book this place again. Thanks to Emma for being a wonderful host!!

We’ve been very lucky to stay at this spacious and well-equipped apartment. Shops are close, parking is easy, the rooms are absolutely quiet, the beds are super comfy, and Andrew has been very responsive and more than generous in providing free drinks, fresh fruit and other extras. We had a lovely stay for my gf and I’s 5 year anniversary. Check in was super easy and the apartment was very clean and absolutely beautiful inside. The decor was super cosy and very spacious. Jacquline left us some prosecco and lots of snacks. As well as a stocked espresso machine which was lovely. All the shops are a 5 minute drive away and you can see the seafront from the windows which was so nice. Absolutely 10/10!!

Lovely apartment, excellent location and very clean with everything we needed for a week’s stay. Lots of interesting places either to visit by car for example Oban, and convenient for Balloch for train to Glasgow and supermarket. Walking distance to Loch Lomond cruises. Jeffrey and Bridie were very friendly and helpful with ideas for things to do. Appreciated chocolate and shortbread gifts and milk for a cup of tea.

I had a wonderful and productive peaceful stay at Linda’s Airbnb! The flat is centred is the heart of westkilbride town nearby lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants and. 15 minute walk to the beach. The flat itself is beautiful and incredibly clean and cosy. It also has a fantastic massive bath that is incredible!! Linda is also a brilliant host, very responsive, accommodating and kind! Thanks again Linda!

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. Firstly Eddie is a great host, from the communication, warm welcome, to the local recommendations and just overall friendly nature. He lives in the unit upstairs, so is close by to help with any issues. Secondly, the apartment was so cosy and comfortable, with every amenity you could need. The hot tub is in a shed just a few steps from the door - this meant we could use it even in the freezing cold weather, as we shut the door and stayed warm inside. The sauna was fantastic, so was the large shower cubicle. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax on the large couch. Location wise, the apartment is one of two, on a farm site not far from Balloch. The farm road leading to the site is just off the main road, which is convenient, but once up at the site it is totally quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view of the hills. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here, perfect location and great space to be in.

This place is an absolute gem to stay in if you're coming for a Scottish getaway! It is super cosy and clean, the hot tub & sauna were a great highlight! Also the location is very convenient being close to Loch Lomond but also close to Balloch, would stay here again!

Beautiful homely place that really incorporates the essence of what Airbnb is! Felt right at home and very responsive and helpful hosts. The pictures do not do this place justice, large living and dining area and a very comfortable bed! Great location too, wonderful views of the loch and hills. Hot tub is a massive plus!
