Our two-room apartment is located in a family house in an excellent, very quiet location, right on the 5-river cycle path. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm roof terrace. The small kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, pots and pans, spices, vinegar, oil and everything you need for cooking. There are numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance there are also excellent restaurants. Recommendations hang on the wall in the kitchen. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you will reach your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need rest, walking or jogging, you will find plenty of nature in the area.

Cosy apartment ( 1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic cities of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Franconian Dune Trail" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

Welcome to the Villa Sonnenschein from the year 1932 - although "only" in the one-bed apartment, but at the same time idyllically and conveniently located and with access to the garden and forest. The ELW is located in the basement, but with large natural light windows overlooking our beautiful flower beds.
