The Boho Beauty was a delightful stay! Sean proved to be an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was charming, clean, and offered great comfort throughout our visit. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water was consistently hot - perfect for relaxing showers after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and extra linens. The quiet neighborhood served as a perfect base, with easy driving access to many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Annsley’s place. The location was perfect, the lodgings felt safe, and the furniture was comfortable. Super walkable to all things Dixon. We felt right at home and the host was super responsive. I would love to stay here again.

This place was phenomenal. Don't waste your money on a hotel and stay here! Functional, beautiful and super close to the cute downtown are. Easily walkable. Hope to stay here again!

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The houses were nicely decorated and so clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal!! We would definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

This was a beautiful home and in a great neighborhood. There is a nice back porch with a pretty view where we saw deer every day which was an added bonus. Rodrique was very proactive and a friendly host. My family definitely plans to stay here again and I highly recommend!

It was fantastic from beginning to end! Easy check-in & check- out. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and spacious. The host thought of everything including making your pets welcome. She had feeding bowls, toys, for cats & dogs, even sweaters for small to medium size dogs. Plenty of extra surprises like a box of very nice teas. We had everything we needed for our family of 6 people. The master bedroom bed was amazing. It was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home and not have to worry about anything once they get there!

This is a lovely place - will happily stay again if we get the chance! The house was spotless and well decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. I traveled with my infant and he slept well in a crib in the walk-in closet! Melissa was also very gracious and responsive - she even responded within 30 minutes to a question I sent her on Thanksgiving. Overall, great place.

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Nice, clean place near U of A. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to note that there is a train track that is very close to the property (might hear it in the middle of the night). Overall, highly recommend!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

I felt the condo was easy to find with plenty of parking, if parking is needed. I felt that access to the condo was easy and secure. I liked having the private combo lock gate access to get to the stairs, then the additional combo lock to gain access to the unit. Exterior lighting made me feel secure coming in at night. The condo was decorated so nicely with everything you need. I loved the shower with all of the spray options. I wish I would have brought a bagel, just to use the nice toaster! The bed was so comfortable. I will definitely come back if Breanna's unit is available on my next trip to Fay!
