Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rogers

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Eight guys out for a weekend fishing trip. We had a blast. Loved the roominess of Agata's place. It was comfortable and very function. Huge kitchen and living area. Hope to do it again!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my friends! The hot tub was incredible and one of the big reasons we decided to stay here! The game room was so much fun and everything was so pretty and well thought out. Anything you may have forgotten to bring, they provided!

The Blue Heron Cove Lakehouse is amazing! It is so hard to find a beautiful home that can accommodate our 3 generations, plus our grand puppers! We do our family Christmas on the last weekend of the Christmas season (Epiphany). Brenda was gracious enough to accommodate us by leaving the beautiful tree and decorations up. We raised 4 kids and 2 of them are now chefs…the kitchen was spacious and equipped enough to have multiple people working to fix the meals or clean up after the meals…so much fun! There was a bedroom for each couple and for the grandsons and the grand daughter…they loved having their own room. The wood burning fireplace and provided firewood was so nice. The kids were talking multiple times how they want to make another visit in the summer time to take advantage of the dock and kayaks and swimming pool that is available. Brenda and John were so quick to respond to the messages we sent, just so warm and friendly. We had the most wonderful weekend making memories.

The farm house was perfect for a one-night stay for our family. We were 5 adults and one small child, and we had plenty of space! There were even toys and a kids library in the house! We loved the kitty, Fegaro! It was also fun to have cows right outside. The home was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! Our host was very responsive.

I travel to Bella Vista every December and would come back to this house every year if possible. Comfy place, joyfully decorated. I especially appreciated the fireplace, bathtub, and hammocks. Oh, and the turntable and records were fun. Overall a relaxing base to come back to while visiting family for the holidays. Kitchen was better-stocked than most, with good quality cookware. I would warn parents of rambunctious littles that this place has lots of fragile little treasures around.

We arrived hours after check-in, and Terry and Heather were so accommodating. The house is beautiful, and we are looking forward to being able to stay for longer.

The Boho Beauty was a delightful stay! Sean proved to be an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was charming, clean, and offered great comfort throughout our visit. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water was consistently hot - perfect for relaxing showers after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and extra linens. The quiet neighborhood served as a perfect base, with easy driving access to many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place if you want to enjoy the campus, sporting events, or Dixon Street!

Quirky & affordable spot for one night, conveniently located for my workday throughout Fayetteville & Bentonville. The space was much larger than I expected, with fun artistic decor. I messaged Jason privately after check out to give some feedback & he was quick to respond & remedy. I’d stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Booking was easy and check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Apartment was clean and equipped with necessary basics. Mattress was super firm, so if you’re a pillow top person like me bring a topper. lol This place is a great value, even without us getting a chance to check out the apartment’s amenities since we were busy. There are no stairs required to get from your car to this apartment, but there are upstairs neighbors if that sort of noise irks you. We’d stay here again for the location and the value.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

You can’t beat the location if you are participating in events at U of Arkansas or want to visit the Square or Dickson Street and want to walk. We communicated with Melody’s co-host, Sue. She was great! Super responsive and very welcoming. We had a great weekend.

Jen was an amazing host! She was responsive and very clear on instructions regarding where to go, how to check in, etc. She provided a list of places to visit and offered support on anything we may need. "The Novel" in Rogers, AR was the most beautiful airbnb that was in pristine condition. This space was walkable to the downtown area which was so much fun. We greatly appreciated Jen's kindness and flexibility. Great stay!
