I had an amazing experience staying at Rocio's place! The apartment was in a fantastic location—close to everything I wanted to explore, and it was so convenient to have reliable electricity 24/7, especially when some other neighborhoods were experiencing outages. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I am strongly recommend to stay in this property. We arrived to Cuenca for visiting Sting's concert and the house appeared to be located just 15 minutes waking to the stadium. Also because of excellent location we visited the Zoo and the Botanic garden of Cuenca. As well as our favorite Wayra Shopping Mall. David and this mother helped is a lot to park our big car nearby. And our top roof apartments were amazing with hot tap water and lovely Jacuzzi!!! I feel myself deeply happy of finding this property and wish the new guests to have this experience.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

Great place, definitely recommend staying here. We are traveling with two dogs and this place has a lot of green areas behind the house which is great for walking them. In addition there is a local market nearby which is only 2 minutes walking distance from the house. In addition there is a large playground just 5 minutes walking distance from the house which is great if you have kids.

The house is in a private area with gorgeous views of the city of Cuenca. Very spacious and clean. The little store next to the house has basic necessities. Neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
